Overall great stay for our family of 5. Clean comfortable room and nice front desk service and breakfast provided. The kids loved the pool but the pool bathrooms weren’t very clean.

Nice location . Furniture in fair condition . Mattress stained on sofa bed needed replacing, Ants in the room! Staff very nice. Not my best stay at a Country Inn. Showing its age definitely needs updating.

Very dated facility and everything needs updated. The room couch, floors, curtains, and duvets were all stained. Room had musty odor and smelled like cigarette smoke from vents intermittently. AC was poor, took it all night to cool the room off. Kids killed over a dozen moths in room upon arrival. Very overpriced for the accommodations provided. We all got sick from breakfast bar.

We arrived later, around 10 pm. On arrival, it appeared as a contractors hotel. The hallway carpet was dated, but whatever. The room was not very clean. It did not smell very fresh, but we were exhausted. The carpet looked like it needed a good vacuum to remove some dead flies. The pull out couch that we pulled out looked like either a birth or murder had taken place. There were visible stains on the wall by the bed. The air conditioner was loud- we thought it would be a constant sound, so we would be lulled to sleep. This was not possible, because when the compressor kicked on the noise was enough to wake you up. We also didn't feel very safe. We left at 4am. The desk attendant asked if everything was ok, and we couldn't answer. We took a card, and emailed the manager, providing photo evidence of what we experienced. There was no response. Don't waste your time, or your money. We would have been better off sleeping in our vehicle.

Check in staff was friendly and easy to get taken care of. The room was not very clean, hair on the bathroom floor, crumbs on counter, fingerprints on walls and headboard. The worst was the pull out bed that we had planned on using. We were given the bedding at the front desk. The mattress had a huge stain in the middle of it. The 2 queen beds were very uncomfortable and had poor mattress quality, broken down. Over all not very impressed with this hotel. Breakfast area was VERY hot, and not easily accessible. No fruit or small milk. The pool was run down, tiles falling off and just looked dingy.

Building should be looked at by the health dot
The room was very dirty and musty. There was a panel missing from the bathroom door and paint peeling in the room. The hallways and starirwells had mold and paint peeling and the drywall was falling off the ceiling. It was way overpriced and based on the quality of the room there should be some sort of refund.

I’ve stayed at many Country Inn and Suites but this one was probably the worst. Would never stay there again. It was dirty and the bedding was terrible. The sheets were terrible!
