The staff was very friendly and helpful. We attempted to eat at the restaurant but they were short staffed, so we ordered in. The chlorine in the pool was so strong it burned my daughters eyes. The beds were rock hard which made for a sleepless night. Unfortunately this was not a pleasant stay for us.

Arrived after check in time, had to wait 25 minutes -room wasnt clean. Arrived in room still not clean- used coffee pod in coffee pot. Stains on ceiling that looked like blood. Requested housekeeping after 3 days and never came. Both pool and jacuzzi which is 1 reason i paid their prices, were broke down , sign said fixed tomorrow for 4 days!! People at desk were sarcastic

We liked the shower and bed and pillows, but the noise level was high with traffic we could hear and there were fingerprints on the doors that we could see … finally found a fan to turn out to block out the noise. Tv remote missing battery, so went down to the from my desk and they replaced it for us … def not worth the price I’d the room !
