Air conditioning is not great. It had cool air coming out of it but didn’t keep the room cool. When we got off the elevator, the whole upper floor was hot. Linen and pillows for the sofa bed had a weird smell. I think it took on the scent of the plastic bag that it is kept in. Maybe it had not been changed out in a while…

Dirty room
Room was dirty. Upon walking in, there was a gold fish cracker and tag on the floor next to bed. Presumably no one vacuumed . Beds “seemed” clean. Rooms are old. Bathrooms are old and rundown . Don’t expect to wash/rinse your hair with the lack of water pressure. Pool was dirty. Never saw anyone cleaning it . I thought they had a restaurant but never saw any food , anyone cooking, anyone ordering .. etc Won’t be back.

I enjoyed everything about this property but upon arrival after being at the water park all day, we arrived around 8:30 pm to check in and had to wait an additional 30 minutes on the front desk associate to check us in. Upon entering our room everything was fine but the toilet was so dirty that I took tissue and wiped it and you could see the dirt. So not cool especially for a woman. Other than that everything was cool.

I paid for the breakfast with the room and thay charged me an extra 20 dollars and i got what thay told me it come with i could have went to McDonald's and got a better breakfast for a lot cheaper

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, nice, and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue would be that the air conditioning unit rattled loudly all the time. I ended up having to turn the air up to get it to shut off so I could sleep which made the room a tad more warm. Other than that, I very much enjoyed my stay.
