I loved my stay and the room was phenomenal. Super clean and much bff room. All of the ataff was great and very attentive. I only had one issue with a femalw bartender, that workes the noght of August 2, 2024. Very unprofessional. It took her 16 minutes to take my order. She helped multiple people that arrived after me. She took my order, and when delivered, it was still wrong. I refused to let one person mess up my time. I had a great stay and great crew. The breakfast was amazing and dinners as well.

The clerk who checked me in was professional. There were about 20 teenagers in the room next to me parting and fighting in the room and hallways. I was unsettled I called the clerk to complain, he informed me that the security guard wasn’t in duty, it was 9:30P! I had to call twice to complain . The rowdy crowd then moved to the side of the building and proceed to yell and argue on the property, while the security guard was on site. I was afraid that a shooting wound take place. The hotel l should prioritize who is more valuable to their business! I don’t blame the security guard, I’m sure his pay to low to risk his life dealing with unruly people! would not stay here again, I fear for the level of security and rowdy crowds!
