Servicio excelente y habitaciones cómodas y bonitas. El servicio de desayunos también estaba muy bien. Lo único que no nos gustó es que la calle estaba en reparación, nos quitaba mucha vista y había mucho ruido debido a las máquinas.

The hotel was conveniently situated in the center of the city and near the central plaza, El Zócalo. The building is nice, spacious, with an interior open air patio for breakfast and lounging. The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous, knowledgeable. They were painting the exterior of the hotel right around the window of our room and there was construction in the streets in front of the hotel. It made for a noisy and dusty environment. Our room was smaller but with lots of natural light. Without any way to block that light, it woke us up early in the mornings. There was not enough storage space for our clothes for 3 days. There could have been more hooks to hang our wet towels. The water pressure in the shower was ok but it took a long time for the hot water to arrive. And when it came it was hard to adjust it to a usable temperature. Breakfast was good, plentiful and varied, Oaxaca and Mexican style. We would surely stay at hotel Trebol again.

El hotel es muy bonito, el desayuno muy rico el único detalle es que la cama donde nos toco a nosotros rechinaba con un poquito que nos movíamos, pero mi estancia aqui fue muy placentera. Hay ruido pero eso ya no es culpa del hotel.

We stayed here for two nights in October 2024. The staff was friendly, rooms cute and breakfast was delicious. Only complaint was the noise :( there’s construction in hotel and streets outside… I would suggest a sound machine! Definitely recommend

Rooms vary dramatically in quality. Do not take an interior room since they are very dark. Prefer rooms with two queen beds, since they are bigger and more comfortable. Breakfast is included and fine, as long as you like Mexican style food. The hotel sits next to the Mercado Benito Juarez, the most important in the city. So it's a busy area. Is also very close to the Zocalo, meaning it is in the center of town. Overall I recommend this hotel for a short stay, where you wont need a taxi to see main attractions in Oaxaca's downtown.

The property was clean, employees were nice and helpful. I didn’t appreciate that the add listed they had laundry services and they did not. Overall stay was great and their breakfast was tasty.

Nice hotel but for one night of construction noise
Stay was wonderful with one exception, on Friday night there was some sort of work going on near our room. It was a quite loud sound, like a heavy duty hammer drill going through concrete. It went on till after midnight - we had to get up at 3:30 so we didnt get much sleep

We loved this place so much we stayed 4 nights more for a total of 5! We loved the staff, the beautiful comedor, courtyard and the comfortable rooms. The breakfast was my favorite part- delicious and varied! I loved that coffee and water were aways available in the dinning area (comedor) and that the hotel offered free parking nearby. The amenities in the room were appreciated as well. My only complaint was the internet/wifi service was pretty bad in the second floor rooms we used. Will return!
