I was a bit skeptical when I arrived at the property as it did not resemble the online photos as I had booked in a hurry. Check-in went smooth and I cautiously found my room. Upon entry, I was IMPRESSED with the cleanliness and newly renovated room. It was clean and comfortable. Don't judge the rooms by the motle style property as this is a 2 thumbs up stay

Wow! What a great experience I had Equus. The customer service was amazing. The breakfast was delicious buffet style. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel to any one. Super affordable as well. The location is amazing tons of shopping centers and restaurants. Definitely will stay here again. What a great staff, God bless each and every one of you.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are simple but spacious with a good sized fridge. The cleanliness of one building was very poor especially in the bathrooms of two rooms we stayed in. Soap stains, hair, dirty sinks! The other building had clean rooms and bathrooms. We moved rooms due to the poor hygiene, then had another dirty room but before we could report it, a fight broke out next to us. As we had a connecting door that had gaps it was awfully loud and frightening so we moved buildings. As I was on crutches moving bags this many times was very unpleasant. It all ended up a good stay in the end with a helpful front desk staff. Will we return? I don't know.

This is clearly an older hotel but it has been remodeled and done nicely. It's obvious that they put in the effort to make the place top notch. The only area that could use some work is the work out room. The room is very small and has very limited equipment.

Very basic. Maybe good for 1 night. Rooms are dark. Shower and toilet together in a small closet. Pool water clear but pool wall was scummy. Room was clean. Streaming tv. Close to everything. Signs of possible homeless shelter.

Bright lights directly across from my room.
Chose this hotel as it was close to the hospital where my husband was having surgery. Booked for 2 nights. My room faced the parking lot. They had put up "stadium lighting" for the parking lot and the lights were directly across from my windows. They had shutters on the windows. Look nice but light comes in everywhere. No drapes to block the light either. Also, room next door decided to watch TV at 3:30 am with the volume at full blast. I could hear every word spoken. I cancelled my second night.

This hotel has everything I require for a comfortable stay, and I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels around the world. It’s clean, it’s safe, it has comfortable beds. You can park right outside your room. The room has a microwave and refrigerator because they aren’t trying to force you to buy overpriced food from them. Let me emphasize again that whoever cleaned our room understands the rules of cleanliness. Thank you.
