They took away the daily hot breakfast. I had bugs in my room. We were told we had a renovated room but there was no closet, the walls were two different colors and when you sat on the toilet you were partially under the sink. The curtains were inside the window sill so all the lights from the parking lot lit up the room.

HORRIBLE
The room was not very clean. The floor we were on smelled like skunk smoke. Tried to change floors to a different room and the clerk said they were full...BUT a guy came in for a room as we were waiting on the elevator and he had a room for him and he did not have a reservation! Only 2 towels and wash cloths when i booked the room for 3. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

This place is falling apart and the staff doesn't care. First of all what hotel charges $15 to check in an hour or 30 minutes early? If the room is ready it's ready. Why are you charging me to get out of your lobby when my room is ready? Breakfast was a joke. No eggs or breakfast meat. Just waffles and toast. But the coffee was good. Floor in our room was so bad I was afraid I would fall through it. Ceiling had hanging plaster. Looks like there was a leak that was poorly repaired and they didn't repair the floor at all. Day 2 our keys didn't work and the desk attendant didn't even apologize or really say anything to me. Just reprogrammed and said "here". There was a group in the parking lot working on vehicles and spray painting a truck. Do not stay here!!!

When we arrived after booking on Expedia, the owner was in a fight when another customer about the extra over charges on his bill. It got heated. They then went into the office to clear it up. Unknown outcome. Furthermore, as we are checking in. Of course our reservation was nonrefundable so they had us. then the owners wife says to me you have to pay another fee a booking fee to us of $15. I said we don’t wanna pay that fee why should we pay that fee when we booked through Expedia? Their answer was that at all the hotels are now charging these fees to which I said that’s not true. I just stayed at a different hotel booked through Expedia and they did not charge me that fee. And I don’t wanna pay that. And that we are going to dispute the bill. Plus they made use give more money as an incidental charges $50. I can tell you all we won’t be staying at any of this brand motels again.

Where to start, our room had been under water before as the floor boards were warped and lifting. Our window leaked during a hurricane and water came into the room, had to use an ice bucket to catch the rain water. They had hastily painted it and left areas where furniture had been. Bathroom was dirty, towels had stains.

Staff was ok. Room had hair all over it and for the price I had to pay I thought I would have received a larger room. Very small. Tiny fridge on the hairy floor. Chair tucked under the desk was very dirty. And the tv channel selection was the bare minimum.
