This is a beautiful Ocean view condo-60 steps to the beach. This unit is a 2 bedrooms-2 bathroom unit with 2 queen beds and a queen sofa bed. This unit has a fully remodeled kitchen with all appliances- regular coffee pot and washer/dryer. There is parking for 2 cars under the unit. With a large balcony that has seating to dine outside and lounge chairs to relax. You can see the ocean and beach from the balcony. There are several restaurants and bars that are walking distance. There is a wonderful park with walking paths, fishing pier and playground 1 mile away (Northside Park.)

Great location and condo
Really great spot with the beach just out the door. Condo was really clean and well stocked. Sherrie was great working through dates we wanted and flexible on check in/out times. Would stay here again!

Great location; family-friendly
Great location - just a short walk to the beach. Perfect for families that are bringing a lot of toys or need to dash back for naptime. The icecream truck comes to the corner near the property daily, which is a nice treat! The place is a bit dated, with appliances much louder than modern ones. But overall, the property is clean and can comfortably fit a family of 4. There are a lot of knick-knacks and clutter, we had to move everything to the side when we started our stay so nothing would be damaged.

Oceancity Family Vacation
As always we enjoyed our stay at Sherries property. The location is perfect and is close to everything you will need…. It’s a super short walk to the beach and Sherrie is extremely attentive… I would definitely recommend this property!

Loved this condo!!! The location was perfect…. Close to grocery store, Starbucks and the best ice cream shops….very short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and had an awesome beach feel to it! Well stocked kitchen…. Had everything we needed… Sherrie was a pleasure to deal with!! Will definitely stay here again!!!!!

Great beachy themed condo!
Sherrie is great and attentive. The place is cute with beachy decor. It has a very homey feel and lends itself well to a relaxing time. Has everything you need! Deck furniture was lovely for sitting out or having a coffee when looking at the ocean. We had a fantastic time and you can't beat the location and being steps to the beach.

The Good, the Bad, & the Ugly
We had a nice vacation in this condo, but several things could have made it a much better/perfect stay. Generally, the host’s attitude seems to be, If it is good enough for her, it should be good enough for you. That said, it was kind of good, I guess. Please read to the end of this review if you are inclined on some of the not so good… GOOD – The condo is situated in a nice location, mere yards from the beach. There is enough parking for 2 cars. We were comfortable, the furniture is nice, the beds soft, the AC works, there is a very slim view of the ocean between 2 other buildings from the deck. The kitchen appliances work (although the microwave is vintage 1980!!) and the bathrooms aren’t gross. If you aren’t interested in cooking on site and just need a place to crash, this may suit your needs fine. BAD - The unit is located TWO flights up from lot. - Master Bedroom has poor power outlet access. There is only one outlet behind the heavy headboard. It would be easy enough to get flat headed extension to powerstrips on both side/bedside table. - The kitchen has no room AT ALL for supplies/groceries (aside from fridge). No counter space to work. The WHOLE apartment has tchotchkes on all surfaces, in the common area and bedrooms. (I get it, you like fun beach décor, but we have our stuff we need access to.) It was odd and was a problem. - Kitchen utensils had all dull knives, extremely difficult to work with. Kitchen microwaveable dishes were limited to 2, so you had to heat and transfer to another plate. Inconvenient. - The host had left personal items in many drawers (bedside table, living room--do I need to see your nasty hair brush with old hair in top drawer?). - There was no place to put beach chairs, umbrella, toys. Most units have lockers/closets to store stuff. We were fortunate we could throw in bed of our truck. - The wifi router died for 2 days, and was located off site from unit. Ugly – I reached out to Host when wifi crashed, 2 of us were on working vacations, and were hard at work when we lost access. After 2 days, host gave us access by using another unit’s wifi, but until then we lost comfort of our VRBO rental to go to Starbucks to work. I asked host if she would discuss a discount or compensation for our inconvenience, and she said firmly “no, it was not (her) fault.” When VRBO contacted her, the agent informed me host hung up on them. So, caveat emptor.

Great location!
We had a great time at the beach this past week. the location of the condo was perfect, only a short walk to the beach. It is a perfect place for 4 adults and a couple small children. The owner was very responsive and easy to get in touch with.

A Few Steps to Everything We Wanted and Needed
My friends and I were extremely comfortable in this cozy cottage. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Check-in and Check-out was easy because of Sherrie’s communication. The location to the beach made our entire vacation! We spent the entire day and evening on the beach because it was just steps from the condo! We also enjoyed the restaurants, grocery store, convenience stores, and ice cream shops that were all in walking distance. We had the perfect week!

Wonderful Vacation!
We had such a great vacation while staying at this condo! Sherrie, the owner, was very accessible and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect - within walking distance to CVS, Wawa, the grocery store, multiple restaurants, and most importantly, just steps away from the beach. The decor in the condo was so “beachy”, everywhere you look there was something to remind you you’re on vacation at the beach. I loved that! We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were larger than they appear in the pictures, especially the living room and master. Our family of five was very comfortable! When we accidentally left a bathing suit behind, Sherrie let us know right away and offered to mail it to us. Thanks for everything, Sherrie! We’ll definitely be back!

Ocean City Condo
The condo is 1/4 block from beach, and you could even see & hear the waves crashing from the large deck. BEST location ever!!! The Original Crab House was 1/4 block away, bus stop is by Crab House, across the street from Crab House is: 711, CVS, gas station, Dunkin Donuts and much more. All in WALKING distance. I was in contact with Sherri, and she was over accommodating. Plus, the condo itself is really nice. Four of us went, and loved & enjoyed every second of our stay there.
