2 Bedroom 20th floor condominium with 2 full baths in "The Carousel Condominiums" located on the ocean front at 117th St North Ocean City. Beautiful views from Ocean Side private balcony and Bayside private balcony. Get off the elevator and walk on the beach. The Carousel is Ocean City's premier condominium building with amenities to include, Indoor Ice Skating, Tiki Bar, Indoor and Outdoor restaurants, Starbucks, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, covered parking, playground, and shopping. Walking distance to grocery, more restaurants, and more shopping. Close and direct views of the weekly Fireworks show at Northside Park.

Sleeps 8, 3 TV's, Wifi, Full size washer and dryer. Family oriented building with year round occupants. Great place for the kids to enjoy all the amenities Ocean City has to offer. This is a NO smoking and No pet condominium.

NO Smoking and NO Pets. No exceptions. Smoking of any kind including vaping is not allowed inside or outside the property including on the balconies. Failing to obey this rule is grounds for immediate eviction. Pets are not allowed.

Pool/Other Amenities – Indoor and outdoor pool is located on the ground level. Children under the age of 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Pool and/or other building amenities schedule is determined by the building management and is subject to change from time to time for reasons including but not limited to: Time or year, maintenance, etc. Tenant is not entitled to a refund in whole or in part for any reason amenity is not in service.

Linens and towels are provided. Paper towels and toilet paper is not provided.

Check In: 4:00pm – Check Out: 10:00am – No exceptions can be made to these times for various reasons.

Room keys and Parking passes are provided from Condo association upon check in. A $50 fee will be required payable in cash to the Carousel for these items. Fee is subject to change from time to time.

Must be minimum 28 years of age. No occupants under the age of 28 unless they are children of the tenant (Exceptions are available case by case with written request and approval prior to executing the agreement). A copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required when making reservation.

A signed copy of the attached rental agreement along with a copy of state driver’s license or state ID for each adult is required to rent the condo. If you are unable to find the attached rental agreement, please include your email address with the reservation and one will be emailed to you. It shall be completed and emailed along with copy of driver’s license for all adults to the email address in the rental agreement or attached to the message thread within 48 hours of reservation. If it is not received within 48 hours after reservation, then the reservation will be canceled.

Wonderful Condo
My family and I had a wonderful week staying at this condo. Located in the 20th floor, we had incredible views of the ocean and the bay. The condo was very clean and provided enough space for our family of five. The Carousel building provided so many activities for our young kids, the beach was very easily accessible, and the on-site restaurant/bar was delicious. Rob made the booking process very easy and was quick to respond to any of my questions. Overall, we loved the condo and highly recommend to other families.

Stayed on the 20th floor - elevators were were as good never a issue but housekeeping - bless them - posed continuous problem on loading and unloading days. We enjoyed our stay. The amenities in the carousel were amazing, views of sunrise and sunsets were beautiful, the place is well kept and communication with owner is great. Walking distance to many shops, grocery store and restaurants but with the full kitchen you can also dine in and watch the beach without even leaving the room. We loved our stay. Only things I mention is no hair dryer which is listed and no tea pot. Otherwise kitchen is well equipped. The pull out couch made popping noise when pulled out but owner said he’ll look into it. Overall, I would plan to come again and stay here. My children loved the pool, skating and arcade. Thanks for giving us a safe and relaxing time away.

The place was clean and tidy, amenities were great. Only small complaint is the flooring in the master bedroom must not be level, because it makes a loud cracking sound when stepped on. The condo was lovely and nicely decorated. The housekeeper neglected to clean the refrigerator, there was something spilled below the crisper trays. For people (like me) that have never rented a condo at a resort from a private owner you may want to add in your paperwork that "all paper products need to be provided by the renter". Lucky we realized that we need to supply our own bathroom tissue rather quickly.

Clean, crisp and convenient
Beautiful weather (nary a cloud in the sky) complemented this unit's awesome ocean and bay views during our recent stay. Check-in through the Carousel condo owner's office was particularly pleasant with a lovely woman wishing us a wonderful visit and reminding us to check out the activity board. We found the condo clean and well-equipped and appreciated the outdoor table/chairs for snacks and dining, the 20th floor's awesome view as well as the convenience of being walking distance to grocery stores, a book store and lots of takeout food options.

Awesome Accommodations
I am so glad we selected this condo, it was beautiful, just as pictured. The reservation process was simple, check in was a breeze and the condo and view were impressive. The location was great as we could walk to grocery store and many restaurants if needed. The boardwalk was a short drive away but we didn't mind because the beach in front of the Carousel was not overly crowded. There was so much to do at the facility, movies on the beach, fireworks you could see from the balcony, firepits with chairs, even a Starbucks in the lobby!! Having a washer/dryer and DW was so helpful. We had one small issue with one of the shower doors, contacted Rob and it was fixed right away, he was very responsive and an excellent host. I would absolutely stay at this condo again, it was perfection!!

Excellent Family Condo!
This unit is fantastic! It is exactly as pictured and very clean. It was also nice to have many amenities on site such as food, ice cream, pools and ice skating. The views are amazing as you get both the ocean and bay sides from the balconies. I loved having my coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the dolphins. Overall, a really great week. Rob was extremely quick to respond when I reached out as well. Highly recommend!

Overall stay was Great! Some minor issues and suggestions. Check in is easy, but to many people checking in at once. Would be nice to get a text or call if unit is available early to avoid the chaos at 3 and 4pm. Would liked to have had additional seating on ocean side balcony. Bayside balcony had no seating which was disappointing. Flooring was very noisy in bedrooms. Loud crackling/popping noise when stepping on certain areas. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you!
