Both bathrooms have a full bathtub/shower and were renovated this year with brand new toilets, vanities, faucets and fixtures. The living and dining room are newly furnished and decorated. Sofa was recently purchased and is a queen size sleeper. The sleeper sofa mattress has been upgraded to memory foam for additional comfort. Stove/oven and refrigerator are newer appliances. The sliding door to the balcony allows for expansive views of the ocean. There is a flat screen and DVD player in both bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with newer silverware, cookware, dishes, glasses and other kitchen accessories including Keurig, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Central air conditioning and heat, additional fans for extra comfort, iron and ironing board and vacuum. In addition, there is a laundry room at the entrance of the unit with a full-size washer and dryer for convenience and a newly installed HVAC unit and 80-gallon hot water heater.
