Excellent hotel. The staff were exceptional. Location is easy to get to from Haneda airport and getting around the city from here is very easy by train and metro. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again if I ever return to Tokyo.

Second time here, the staff was incredible as usual, they go above and beyond to help guests and the area that the hotel is located in is so convenient. Combini all around, restaurants in a 10 min radius and the metro is less than 10 mins away. Only gripe was the bathroom in our room had a weird smell but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Really nice lounge area, arranged like a library and very useful staff (you'll have to try really hard to find bad staff in Japan). We had a Junior room on the 5th floor, with a very uninspiring design, felt like a Holiday Inn. The room hadn't been prepared, no AC running when we arrived, at 33 degrees outside. Weirdly, the bathroom and toilet (separate rooms) were raised on a small platform, with visible pipes running noisily into a gulley, much like in a caravan. There was a useful ice machine in the corridor but no glasses (or any other amenities like coffee machine) in the room. Probably a 3 star plus rather than 4 stars.
