Outstanding Customer Service......
Our stay started rough. I reserved a suite back in May. When I arrived, Kyle told me a suite was unavailable that night. However, there was one available the next night. What? Undoubtedly, they were overbooked. How could that be? I reserved my room in, May! I had no choice but to accept the standard room for that night. I told him I would decide about changing rooms. We go to our room and then downstairs for dinner. While having dinner, a gentleman approached us and asked about our stay. I explained to Brian, what transpired. I told him I'd take the suite the next day if, because of the inconvenience, there would be no increase in charge. He said that would be no problem. He left to make the arrangements. When he returned to confirm the change was made, he also gave us complimentary breakfast tickets. I gave him my thanks and complimented him and Kyle for their professionalism and my satisfaction. The next day, Anatasia contacted me when the room was ready. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shoutout to, Vince. He was so friendly and courteous. He understands, customer service.

Unfortunately there was a $200 fee hold. My sheets were not changed. Horrible sheets and no glass cups. Great for dogs. Some of the staff were very nice but hotel conditions were awful. Shower head did not move. Definitely will not stay there again. Refrigerator was warm spoiled my food! I paid the hotel six weeks in advance through Orbit and they still put a hold on my credit card for $200 and the second day my bedsheet were not even changed !!!

When I checked in the front desk person was rude (also when I checked out the person - a different person - had attitude.) When purchasing my room on expedia I also selected the breakfast option. It was not honored. So I just wanted a bunch of money. The people at Hilton said they could not see the purchase and would not honor it so I should call expedia to fight it. If you are considering staying here, do not buy the breakfast option, they will not honor it. Overall I just felt really uncomfortable because the way the staff made me feel. I will not be staying here again. I selected this hotel because it looked nice and it comes up in the search for family friendly. It did not feel family friendly.

My daughter and I had a mini-vacation in November. The view was spectacular. We saw the sunrise from our room and the sunset from the hall windows. We saw a bunch of dolphins the first morning we were there.

I loved the atmoshere! They did a wonderful job with renovating both the inside and the outside of the building.Upon entering the hotel, there was the most fragrant smell and the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! The rooms are comfortable, tidy and asthetically pleasing. It was the nicest place that I've stayed in Ocean City🙂

A great stay, my only complaints are that I had no stirrers in my room . But I just walked down stairs. It to big of a deal and my second is that my room was 60 a night and then when I got there they charged me 50 a night for incidentals. So it held up 200 dollars and I didn’t get a warning. Most places charge a flat fee and then return but he said if I was there 7 days he would have charged me 350 for. Incidentals, that just crazy to me. We are there for vacation and you have my credit card so n file. The bell hop was super nice. No free breakfast but 15$ for small breakfast and it was only ok. Room was very clean.
