The Hampton inn is in a great location. The bay view is excellent and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast was good with nice choices. Very clean hotel. Nice indoor pool area.

Great family hotel
First and foremost, the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone was kind, accommodating, and always ready to assist with a smile. This level of service made a big difference in our stay. The room, however, was a bit of a letdown. While the bed was very comfortable — we slept great — the room itself felt a little run-down. Some fixtures looked dated, and a bit more maintenance could really elevate the overall experience. It wasn’t a deal-breaker, but it’s worth noting if you’re looking for a more polished environment. We were excited to use the indoor pool, but unfortunately, it had an overwhelming amount of chemicals. Even without going underwater, our eyes started to burn from the air alone, which made it hard to enjoy the pool area. If the chemical balance had been managed better, it would have been a much more pleasant experience. On a brighter note, the breakfast options were fantastic! There was a great variety, and everything was well-prepared and fresh. It was the perfect way to start each morning. Overall, it was a decent stay. With a bit more attention to the room upkeep and pool maintenance, it could easily become a top-tier experience. The wonderful staff and comfortable bed made it worthwhile, but a few tweaks would

Staff was very friendly all the way around. The breakfast was perfect and the area was clean. The staff in the morning breakfast area was friendly and always will to take your dirty plates away. I have to say this is one of my best experiences in a hotel. Keep up the great work!

We liked the breakfast and the pool. One thing was stepping out of the tub the floor was liwer than the tub bottom. I stumbled getting out of the tub. Some kind of warning should be posted about this condition as a courtesy. Otherwise we loved our stay.
