The location of this property was perfect. The beach and boardwalk is accessible as soon as you walk out of the lobby. The lobby is very beautiful and has a great view of the beach. However, the property is in need of updating. The property is old, the rooms are tiny and the bathroom is tiny. We had a family vacation and booked multiple rooms and they were all small for two people to share. The bathroom floor would be wet from the shower, the towels were changed some days and the bed was never made (not sure if that service had to requested). The staff are friendly and the maintenance person did a wonderful job cleaning around the hotel everyday.

This has been one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. There was no soap, the hair dryer didn’t work, the blankets had hair on them and smelled strange. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were terrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff of the hotel were amazing. The hotel is older with the room smelling very musty and needing a deep cleaning of the cabinets and walls. Right on the boardwalk and convenient to everything.

Will definitely go back!

Although the building is old, the stay was perfect! The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was also very clean. The huge front porch off of the boardwalk made up for not having a balcony. The pool area was also very clean and the tiki bar was nice. There was live music by the pool too!

Great value!! Right on the boardwalk, Italian restaurant downstairs, Great front porch with rocking chairs. Beautiful lobby with tables, couches and a TV. Our room was small. 2full beds & mini fridge. No coffee pot, no toiletries except soap. Staff and guests very friendly. Wonderful pool with a bar and live music. I would stay here again

Conveniently located right on the boardwalk, with a beautiful front porch offering great ocean views. The beds are very comfortable; however, the rooms are in need of updating. A refresh with new paint and flooring would make a huge difference. Overall, it's a good spot because of its location, but it needs to invest in some maintenance.

We were overall happy with our family vacation at this hotel. Location is right on the boardwalk so the beach is right there, as well as restaurants and shopping. Parking is a bit tricky as they have multiple "lots"; one required us to cross a road. The building is old so there's charm to it. That also means only one small elevator for 5 floors - expect to wait around a lot or get your exercise in and walk up the 5 flights like we did often! I was also disappointed and didn't notice when booking that there is only a mini fridge in the room - no microwave or even a coffee maker. Those they saved for the lobby for all guests to wait in line to use. Again we enjoyed the location but will stay somewhere else next time.

The Harrison was a great beach front stay right on the boardwalk and beach. The only reason I didn’t go 5 stars were the rooms were noticeably smaller than you’d surmise from the web site and the bathrooms small. But it was comfortable and the AC worked great.

1st night was ususal, but the next days we never received replacement towels, bed was not changed and was made in a hurry. Carpets in room and hallway needs replacing. Nice location but the hotel is rundown.

It was our 38th wedding anniversary and the people there were very kind and nice. Couldn't ask for better service. It's not a 5-star hotel and we didn't expect it to be. It was right on the beach, which we wanted. The room was small but comfortable. The shower worked great. The rooms were cleaned every day and they did a great job of cleaning the rooms. We would say there again.

Smelt gross. 3 people fell down the stairs to the first floor during my stay. Very unsafe. Did not service rooms. Great location. Pool is nice. Bed was very comfortable.
