Pictures are slightly deceiving. Loved the location, tight on the beach, lots of outdoor space. Unfortunately some of the outdoor furniture is broken. The rooms are run down, carpet torn, curtains off the tracks, but they were clean. People clearly smoke (pot) in these rooms which isn't the hotel's fault, but it aggravated my asthma. Vending machine didn't work but ice machine had ice. Bedding, towels, and bathroom were very clean. Housekeeping does a great job.

price - very reasonable location - excellent,on beach, ocean veiw balcony came into clean room, clean bedding stayed 3 nights, during stay house keeping was poor beds made up once after request, trash emptied once,fresh towels were left both days but dirty towels were never picked up during stay

It was oceanfront! With an awesome view. Inside was very clean! Everything in bathroom was new! People were very friendly and helpful. I wanted to move from an oceanfront 3rd floor to 2nd and there was no problem! No charge! Free coffee was great! No pets though.. so I had to leave them at home😩

When I arrived there was a dried up, used wash cloth left in the bathroom - if that was there, what other shortcuts did they take when supposedly "cleaning" the bathroom and room. On my last day there, there was an odor of vomit infused heat activated decades old garbage and a liquid path of something disgusting extending all the way from the top floor decking and down two sets of stairs. When I mentioned these things at the front desk no one seemed to care either time.

My fiancé & I stayed at the Seabony Hotel & We really loved it. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The hotel rooms are nice, Close to the beach & The boardwalk is right there.

It was okay. A place to sleep and shower. Proximity to the beach was great. It was clean but smelled musty. Bedding was clean but had a stain. Room was clean.

There was very dark colored mold in several places on walls and ceilings. Had to purchase bleach spray to clean it. Wiped the bathroom floor with a white towel and it was black. In four days room service changed our towels once. The room smelled moldy and musty. Even my son said it smelled bad. They don't clean this place at all. People also sit in front of your entry door to smoke. Didn't help the smell in the room. I do not recommend Seabonay for anyone to stay.

Seabonay Stay

Stay was okay. Liked how close it was to the beach, shops, and boardwalk. However, when arrived could not find front desk easily and directions were not clear. Went into room and found piles of sand in one of the windows, and curtains had ink/paint stains. Also, half of the outlets did not work in the room. Ventilation in bathroom was very poor. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room needs renovation! Very run down! It has potential if they put some time and money to fix it up. The lock on the door was very flimsy. Didn’t feel safe. Anybody could have broke through the door! Average cleanliness. Wouldn’t stay again unless it is was updated.

We love staying at the Seabonay. The location is perfect for us. The boardwalk is one block away, on the quiet end . Don't expect anything fancy . These are clean safe rooms period ! Check in has moved to the Dunes .

Great location. Easy parking. AC worked great in the room, but everything was damp. No remote for the TV. Towels are incredibly thin and sparse. Housekeeping tried to enter our room after we told them we didn't need anything and left 3 hand towels and a washcloth outside, which was odd and we didn't ask for them.

I’ll be back

3rd time we’ve stayed at this hotel and will continue to come back! Not the ritz but definitely not a hole in the wall either. Right on the beach. Comfy beds, clean room.
