I paid for ocean front view and color only see a dune I guess it’s only first floor. Upper levels are upgrades. The rug is very old and the room smells moldy. My shower handle was broken so I was given another room 2 doors down. The staff is very nice. For the price I would’ve rather stay at the Hilton next door it’s looks like you would definitely get a better view and a better wrong. I will never return to this place.

Overall for a 1 night stay it wasn't bad. I went into it with very low expectations but wasn't pleasantly surprised it wasn't as bad as I expected. It terms of other hotels its a solid 3/5 but in terms of cheaper hotels its a 4/5.

The location was great; however, we ended up being upgraded for an extra $125 because the room we had smelled terrible. The facilities are a bit outdated and need to be remodeled, but the staff and complimentary coffee were great

3 of the beachfront rooms we looked at had Mold inside and immediately upon entering the rooms, we could not breathe, It was realky bad!! The management offered to put us in one of their other propertiesrooms in another property . Fortunately they were able to accomadate our original days swe had scheduled to stay.

This property is next to The Dunes Court and run by them as well. There are stairs instead of an elevator so keep that in mind. The room was smaller than an average hotel room but worked for me on a solo trip. The room was clean and had a mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small but efficient. The deck to sit out and enjoy the ocean air was comfortable. I stayed the beginning of June and there were a lot of college age persons who felt the need to run up and down the stairs/make noise in the room above me for several hours in the evening to early morning. So be aware that if it’s busy there could be a lot of noise at night from other guests. All of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping were all so friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again. Great hotel for a great price!!!

The place is dated but nice. It's close to the end of the boardwalk and steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. They own several hotels so check in and services are done at a different hotel as the main office was closed.

A very nice lower cost room

Beachfront room was spacious & comfortable, not luxury but not lacking anything. Staff were friendly & accommodating. As nice a place as you could want for the price! I recommend & would stay again.

The room needed to be painted. They mounted body lotion outside the shower. It was hard to reach without getting water all over the floor (slipping hazard). And was not mounted properly. When you pushed down on the plunger it would fall off the wall. Had to push back into the wall. Had to find the office. Not on premise. What a nightmare.
