The property was clean. The pictures listed in Expedia for this hotel are not even close to what it is. Forget those pretty green bed over lays. I think they probably made them into room shades which by the way did not go up or down or stay up defeating the money you pay for an oceanfront property. There is a large sand dune In front of the property do not stay on the first floor you won’t be able to see the ocean. Stayed in September 2024. It wasn’t horrible. It was livable, but I would not stay again. The old saying you get what you pay for.

I originally booked a pool view room in the app but was given a different room on the street side. The nice girl at the front desk changed our room to a pool view with no problem or attitude. She was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and close to everything. Price was very affordable and plenty of parking. Will probably book here again next year for bike week.

The interior was mostly dated, the carpet kind of felt damp, but it had the basic necessities that you would expect in a motel. The beds were not the most comfortable. The water pressure from the shower head was poor. Very convenient location to walk onto the beach and close walking distance to various restaurants and activities to do. Wouldn’t go back as I would’ve preferred more comfort but if you’re looking to not spend much time in there and aren’t particular about feeling comfortable, it’s fine.

The photos online are far from what we arrived to. The room is extremely outdated and had a moldy smell the first night. The bed had no comforter, only a sheet and blanket. The room was in desperate need of a deep clean. There was a large stain on the carpet and bathroom door, the curtains weren’t hung properly, there were cobwebs on the ceilings, and I found a large, tangled piece of hair in my fresh bath towel. The only redeeming quality of this motel was the close proximity to the Ocean City boardwalk. I would not recommend this location, especially based on the price per night.

The room was musty and damp and after the first night smelled like a moldy basement. All our clothes smelled like it, too. The carpet had a damp feel and the bathroom tile was sticky. The floors were so dirty that they turned the bottom of our feet black. I couldn't wait to leave.

Enjoyed staying directly on the beach. Parking is 1st come, 1st serve. But it was a pleasant stay and we will be returning in a few months.
