*Upgraded Floor Plan: During initial construction buyers had the ability to choose from three different floor plans for the 2nd level area over the garage. Basic was an open deck, medium upgrade was a screened-in deck, and the top upgrade was an enclosed sunroom, enlarging the kitchen area by about a third. This townhouse has the top upgrade with a larger island and more contiguous space for family gathering.

Bunkbeds are designed for the size and weight of children.

Gourmet Kitchen comes with upgraded flooring & appliances, fabulous decor. The open kitchen expands into the Sunroom area, creating a large open space for the whole family to gather. Additional luxuries include FREE Wi-Fi, 5 TVs for streaming, Washer/Dryer, and 3-Car Parking. There is even an outside shower for your after-beach convenience! Just a short walk to Sunset Island's private Bayfront beaches, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Clubhouse & Bayfront Cafe, located on the north side of the island, and less than a 5-minute walk. Non-smoking. No pets, please.

This property is only available for a weekly rental with a Saturday check-in.
Building Registration Fee: $200 gets you 6 pool & 3 parking passes. Additional weekly pool passes are $70 per pass, per person. Clamshell (i.e. street) parking passes are $70, maximum of one per house. A Clamshell pass is recommended and will provide more space for moving in and out of the garage with beach toys and using the outside shower.

Fabulous home away from home

From the moment we walked it we knew we had chosen the right place. It was so clean. Everything was so organized and the layout was wonderful. The pool was nice and of course many restaurants to enjoy. We have been going to ocean city for many years this was the cleanest place we ever stayed and our whole family can’t wait to come back! Wonderful Time!

There were 11 of us total over 2 weeks. We rarely get to all be together, but this house allowed us to gather and have separate space as needed! The house was beautiful, very clean, and David was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. The location was close to community amenities as well as the beach. The community pool was a welcome spot for kids & adults alike. Marisol’s Market was our favorite after dinner ice cream run! We loved it all! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We all hated to leave!

Perfect week.

David's property is beautiful. Very clean and very well equipped. We ate in some nights using the kitchen, most nights we ate out, but came back and enjoyed movies in the family room with everyone. The deck was perfect for early morning coffee, and the location was an easy walk to so many conveniences. It was such a relaxing week!

This was our first combined family vacation and had 10 people. 6 Adults, 4 kids. Plenty of space for all. Amazing house with huge kitchen and attached living spaces. Greatly appreciated the updated/large kitchen with large table, labeled light switches, balcony off living room, garage, and easy check-in process. Walking distance to pool, beach, market, and off site businesses on 67th street. This house has set the bar for all future vacations. Thank you David!

Another great week at Sunset Island!

We love staying on the canal at Sunset Island. 26 Canal Side Mews West was perfect. The recent remodeling made everything feel fresh and clean. The house accommodated our extended family quite comfortably, with plenty of seating on the main floor in the dining room and living areas. The kitchen was well stocked. The homeowner was great at communicating what was available in the home. He went above and beyond expectations! Sunset Island is perfect for extended family vacations.

Beautiful rental

House is beautiful & accommodated all 12 of us. Kitchen had a lot of supplies (plates, pots, bowls, appliances, etc). Only downside was rental only came with 6 pool passes so we had to purchase 6 more. This is not a reflection of the owner, as this is how all rentals are handled. David, the owner, was awesome to deal with, he provided restaurant suggestions, detailed instructions of getting into the rental, as well as additional information.

Perfect spot

We had a beautiful, restful stay at 26 Canal Side Mews. House is updated with beautiful luxury vinyl flooring and well appointed furnishings. The 3 car garage was an added plus. The host communicated very well with us and gave us very helpful tips for our stay. Overall it was an awesome rental better yet a great host.

Great location in wonderful community

David's well-appointed and neat home was a great base for our 3 generation family. It and the Sunset Island community had all of the amenities we needed for fun and relaxing beach vacation. David made every effort in advance of our arrival to ensure we were prepared for our visit and gave some excellent guidance about activities and restaurants in Ocean City.

Great for family vacation

Had a wonderful family vacation, townhouse was beautiful. Great location for a family with a toddlers first beach experience with small bay side beaches. My bed was very comfortable and all the rooms were big. David was wonderful with any problem I had and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do.

A wonderful family vacation!

Sunset Island is a beautiful community and family friendly. Conveniently located near Jolly Roger parks, tons of mini golf, shops and restaurants nearby. Nice pool with waitress service for food and beverages. The bay is super convenient and a great spot for little ones. Waitress service on the bay as well. A ten minute walk to the ocean for those that enjoy the large waves. David’s house is beautifully decorated. Amble bathrooms and very comfortable. Kitchen is very modern and stocked with anything you need. Washing machine and dryer came in handy. The open floor plan on second floor (kitchen, living room and sitting area) was perfect to keep track of all the kids whose ages range from 2 to teen. David was easily accessible for questions and provided some good tips in advance of our stay. We had a great time at this property!

Beautiful house and neighborhood

Very spacious and clean home with enough space for a multi-gen family. It is a lot of steps for those with older folks, but to be expected in a townhouse. Loved cooking in the kitchen with lots of amenities! Nice to sit on the deck in the evening. Also included beach chairs and boogie boards so it was less stuff for us to have to bring.

Perfect Family Getaway

David made sure to keep us informed with everything we needed to know about the property. The location was perfect especially for having small children. We sat on the balcony daily and enjoyed the calmness of the canal and walks along the bay. It’s was fantastic!

We had an amazing week at Sunset Island! David was extremely helpful, check in and check out was a breeze, the house and amenities were amazing! Everything was super clean, appliances are new, the kitchen is fully stocked, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent townhome!

Spacious townhome in the private community of Sunset island. Everything we needed was available either at the townhome, in the community, or just a short walking distance away. The owner was very attentive and accommodating- truly fantastic to work with. We were so happy with our decision to stay!

My family and I had a great time at David’s townhouse on Sunset Island in Ocean City. David is a great property manager. His attention to detail helps ensure your check-in and stay go smoothly. His place in Sunset Island was great for our family. There were 3 couples and 3 teenagers total of 9 people. Great table/ seating for eating and playing cards/ games. Kitchen has all the amenities needed to cook in if you want to. All the rooms were a good size. Loved the tiki bar by the pool and got take our from the sunset bar and grill twice..
