Spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo, 2nd floor unit with elevator, located in the Islander Villas on the west end of beautiful Ocean Isle Beach. Pet-friendly and only a short walk to the perfect beach. Sleeps 12 with 1 king in master, 1 queen, 2 doubles & 2 sets of single bunk beds. Each bedroom has its own bath attached, with new carpet recently installed. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms and living room with cable and WiFi included. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Large covered deck with views of the waterway where you can enjoy your morning coffee as well as the gorgeous OIB sunsets. Deck has gated access for your kids’ and pet’s safety. Tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts on site, and access to the Oceanfront pool and tiki bar at The Isles Club is available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Golf carts are fine, however please note that trailers are not allowed per HOA restrictions. Sufficient parking for 4 vehicles at unit plus overflow parking located at tennis courts.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
This condo is gorgeous, well equipped and the location is outstanding. Lee is very responsive to questions and great to work with. The elevator is also a nice amenity. No steps to walk up and down. We have already booked for next year.

A Delightful Stay
This is a well appointed villa with a fabulous porch to enjoy. Pet friendly is so nice with pet safe porch. Having 4 bedrooms with bathrooms is a very thoughtful design making it a very comfortable for private spaces. Owner has very accessible to answer specific questions

Home
Some extended family and I stayed here when my brother got married. From check in to check out we had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and straightforward. Owner was extremely responsive and friendly when we had questions. Views from the balcony in the evening were beautiful. Walk to the beach took about 10 minutes at a leisurely stroll. And a quick 5 minute drive took us right to the restaurants. Overall we loved our trip and would love to come back!

Special Spring Break
Wonderful property owners make rentals such as this one as enjoyable as it was. The West end location is beautiful - a very short quick walk to the easy beach access. A cooler than expected spring break allowed us a lot of time on the basketball and tennis courts! The corner lot this units building sits on allows for a private and quiet stay. The units space was wonderful for a family with young kids and a sweet puppy. The owners excel in communication and making their guests stay as easy and relaxing as possible. A wonderful spring break get away for us!

Fantastic getaway
Great place to grandparents, daughter and her husband and four grandchildren to stay. Four bedrooms and baths were great and nice kitchen and large table for eight and family room all as a long open room made for fun interaction. A ten minute walk to the beach or you can drive to the Isle Beach Club and park. Both ways worked nicely. Two nice tennis courts and 2 basketball areas, which we used several times. In April, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves and played a lot of four square! Everyone had an absolutely wonderful time. I would highly recommend this condo and owner returned text questions right away.

spacious lovely condo!
It was wonderful to be able to bring my handicapped mother along--there was room for her to maneuver and the condo was enjoyable to be in. It was great to bring the dog AND have that access for Mama--VRBO has not always been easy to determine if those types of things are available as part of the facility description. Lee made it easy by even including a photo of Samson (his pooch) by the elevator. Dead on it! That was a good selling point to include!

First and last
Mr. Lee Muncy called the hour we checked out accusing my family of “trashing the place”. When I tried to speak to him he said “you will never be able to rent from us again good luck” when I tried to speak again he hung up on me. I called back trying to speak and he started yelling at me that I don’t get to speak to him. So because I’m a female I don’t get to speak? We rented golf carts and the entire week we were there the power would trip so there was 4 days we couldn’t even charge the golf carts because it took so long for help to get there. The bathroom in the first bedroom to the left never drained but because I didn’t tell Mr. Muncy he is blaming my kids for ruining his bathtub. I think they showered in there maybe 2x because it was so annoying to be standing in dirty water. He claims we broke blinds. I have on video of what was already wrong in the house and the one he’s saying is broke. It’s on video. When we first arrived we couldn’t even find the correct house and when I called to figure it out he said yeah it happens to everyone. Maybe put better directions to get there. He might be good to older people but he is not someone I would ever recommend for young adults (30’s) to rent from. As a first time VRBO user the experience was awful. Thankfully our family owns a beach house at Ocean Isle and I won’t attempt to use it again, people were so entitled on this side of the island. If you like to chill go to the other side. The people are much friendlier.

Super Relaxing and Comfortable (Even if it Rained)
Sometimes you just need to get away no matter what. The weather didn't cooperate but the condo fit our needs perfectly! Plenty of Room, Comfortable Furniture for some much needed rest and Easy Walk to Beach (we left our golf-cart at home because of the weather forecast.) Definitely a unit that we would rent again!! Our Labrador Ruby loved her vacay also, she gave it 5 Paws!!

A Great Home in a Great Location
The place was lovely, clean, and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the deck, and my senior dogs really appreciated the elevator (and the turtles in ponds). Definitely would love to come back.
