Back area for boat storage. Sleeps 6. PET FRIENDLY with non refundable deposit. Must bring own linens and towels. Full kitchen with paper goods also supplied including paper towels, plates, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some ocean view from front porch. Family oriented design fully furnished...Living area can be closed off from the rest of the house. Ping pong table, corn hole, Bocci Ball, Foosball, 8 cool bicycles including two youth bikes, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and lots of fun! Great location

House was perfect for a 3 night stay with my young family and dog. Host was very communicative, the house was clean, and the location could not have been better. It was great to be so close to the beach with littles and to be able to put them to bed and have a drink on the gated porch where the dog could hang with us. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Spring Break trip!!

This cottage was exactly as described. Super cute, clean, comfortable beds, super dog friendly, communicative owner, and close proximity to the beach!!! Our family loved it and plan to return next year.

Perfect beach getaway with our pugs

This house is absolutely fantastic. The location is directly across the street from a public access, so getting to the beach is so easy. Very well, equipped kitchen, and we cook a lot, so that doesn’t often happen with VRBO‘s. Furniture, while a bit dated, is comfortable and clean. For summer getaways, Dean has lots of beach equipment and games. I would definitely recommend this house!

Nice place - excellent location

Worked well for our situation, having three dogs. Across the street from beach access. Nice to have beach chairs, boards etc at our disposal. Bikes were available but a bit old and rusty. Kitchen very well stocked. Owner very responsive to questions and resolved minor issues in a timely manor. Would rent again if the need arose.

WONDERFUL STAY

Such a clean, cozy little rental with beach access right across the street. Well stocked, host even had food and water bowls there for the dog. We loved sitting on the covered front porch in the evenings, listening to the ocean. The host was A++ with communication. He even messaged us to make sure things were okay when we arrived. I HIGHLY recommend this rental. On our next trip to OIB, we want to rent this place again.

Everything about the house and area was spot on. The issues I had, were 1 what I assume as mold on the walls up next to the ceiling. Return AC vent in the hall was covered in dust, there’s about 5 too many junk drawers, and cabinets in the kitchen. (Possible Hoarder) Daughter got bit by a spider in the outside shower, luckily it was just a black house spider. Then I had a recluse of some sort jump out of a kitchen cabinet towards me.

Great pet & family house

This is a great property. Especially perfect for a family with pets. There are pet bowls inside & out and plenty of supplies for the humans. The porch will close off to keep anilmals & kids safe. We greatly appreciated the chairs, umbrella, & boards that were available. It's clean, nice, super close to the beach.

Best pet rental ever

Everything you need is there, even bowls for the dog. It's the first time I've seen a dog friendly porch! See through screen all the way around and a gate to keep the dog safe and humans relaxed.

Very Accommodating

Great house, very clean and accommodating for us and our senior puppy dog. We loved hanging out on the front porch and having the beach access right across the street. It was so nice being able to close the porch gate and keep our pup on the porch in the shade while we sat in the sun. The host is very responsive and helpful, and they are generous with all the chairs, bikes, and games available for use with the house. Very enjoyable stay!

Lovely Property

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean Isle. It is nice house that has been loved by someone for quite some time. It has easy beach access across the street. Fully equipped kitchen. Bring your own sheets and towels. This helps the owner to minimize cost, which benefits everyone.

Perfect piece of paradise

We felt right at home! Everything was perfect! Clean and quiet! Bed was comfy and all appliances worked great! Dean was so pleasant from the beginning with communication. Recommend this place to anyone that likes fishing and relaxing on the porch or beach!
