For an expensive hotel, it shouldn’t take 5 hours to get access to my room. Please train your customer service reps to serve customers better. My first day was terrible and I had to be all over the place for accommodations issues, and making complaints. Messed up my whole vacation. No access to the restaurants except buffet if you’re not there from in the week cause the few restaurants they have are all booked before Friday.

Moon palace resort

The rooms were clean, but they using chemicals which are highly proallergenic, so anyone who has even mild allergies, this is not the place for you. Food in the buffet was super spicy. Beach was clean. Overall a decent resort if you dont have allergies and dont mind spicy dishes. Keep in mind if you want to stay in a newer buiding its an extra $100/night.

Great Service staff, lots of food variation and choice. House wine not great. Bottled wine (additional cost) would have been warm if we didn’t preorder before with a super diligent guy called Bruce who got all the bottles on ice for each night. The staff at the Italian were talented and made a special fuss of our daughter on her birthday. The spa would accept our 17 year old for a $200 massage but not allow her into hydrotherapy spa, which I found contradictory. Paid for services accepted, free not. The service staff we highly praised. The majority were friendly and attentive. The loud bar staff were lovely

Moon Palace is a beautiful resort with hardworking employees. During our stay we had power outages so the elevators didn't work . Other than that everything was lovely.

The resort was beautiful and the staff was wonderful and friendly. My only dislikes where the size of the beds, they seemed a little small and although we went in December and the weather was beautiful the pool water was quite cold. Not sure if anything can be done about that ( heated pools ) but other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay.
