Excellent Room for the family, breakfast was great. Location can be a bit remote but there is a free hotel shuttle service with limited time slots. Best to rent a car to get the full tour of the area.

The hotel was pleasant overall. The onsen was enjoyable, but it didn't stand out significantly. It appeared that more foreign guests were visiting the hotel than locals, affecting the atmosphere slightly. Some of these guests seemed to lack awareness or showed a disregard for local social customs, which was disappointing and made the atmosphere a little unpleasant.

Our stay was incredible. Staff was ver attentive and accommodating. We hiked Mt. Fuji in one day. They were able to coordinate a 3am taxi pickup. The Onsen was incredible. Book here if you can!

고템바 아울렛 근처의 숙소를 찾다가 발견했습니다. 30분 정도 산길을 드라이브 해야되기 때문에 아울렛에서의 접근성은 그렇게 좋지는 않습니다. 오와쿠다니로 가는 케이블카역이 차로 3분 거리에 있어서 오와쿠다니 가기에는 매우 좋은 위치입니다. 호텔 자체가 굉장히 새련되고 예쁘고, 밤12시까지 하는 온천도 매력적입니다. 훌륭한 스태프가 잘 도와주고, 조식도 탑티어 입니다. 2명의 아기가 있어 다다미와 침대가 같이 있는 방으로 선택했는데, 아주 만족했습니다. 둘째가 배탈이 나서 흰죽을 주문했는데 아침, 점심에 메뉴에 없는 음식을 만들어주어서 너무 감사했습니다. 편안하게 2일 숙박했습니다. 추천합니다.

The hotel offers free shuttles to near by train stations and some points of interest, and they will also provide pu k up if you call. That made it very easy to get around. The dining options are somewhat limited; however, the quality of everything we had were excellent. The staff was so polite and nice. They all spoke English, so it’s a good destination hotel for foreigners.
