First time staying at this hotel. It was very clean and everyone was extremely friendly. When my mom was hard time located the hotel, Front desk person came to pick her up. I was very grateful:) I will definitely stay this hotel again. Thank you so much!!

I loved this hotel. It is so cute. Creass Hotel sits on a hill about 10 minutes away from Tsubogawa station. Kokusai dori is about a 30 minute walk and there are some restaurants, konbini, and supermarkets all close by. The staff were so friendly and made me feel welcome. They even gave me recommendations for food. The room is so cute and is really spacious! I love the layout and wish I could’ve stayed longer!

住宿有洗衣機跟烘衣機
雖然沒有會中文的服務人員，但用英文加照片所以溝通沒有問題，有洗衣機跟烘衣機，當天穿的衣服可以直接洗好收起來，這點很棒

キッチン付きですが炊飯器はないので注意。冷蔵庫は冷凍庫からの冷気が入ってくるタイプなのか一番上の段は凍ります！特に問題なく快適に過ごせました。

是我住過最乾淨的酒店，打掃超認真，訂的公寓款有內置洗衣機乾衣機，很方便。職員友善，前台可用英語溝通。 唯一不太滿意是隔音，10點後職員打掃房間時能聽到很明顯的嘈音，不過我們是睡到很晚才醒，如果是一早出門的話應該沒影響。
