The location and staff was excellent. The hotel was located very close to many main attractions and conveniently located only a 10 minutes drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the VIP black card lounge where they served food and drinks daily. We were thankful for the generous staff who helped us we will definitely like to return and stay again.

After a long flight (24 hours all in all), this was the perfect place. The small details and friendly staff made my stay in Naha exceptional!

The hotel is expensive, and others provide breakfast, better service, and access to gyms and pools for this price. I understand there were closures due to weather but there was no effort to open these facilities up after the weather conditions were cleared or provide any compensation. Room cleaning was also not provided.

国際大通りに近く立地が便利な場所にあり、部屋も広くて快適でした。朝食が美味しく、お部屋でゆっくりと頂けたのも良かったです。１つ残念だった点は、エコ清掃は理解するものの、せめてベッドメイクはして頂けたら、より気持ちよく過ごせたと思います。

清潔なホテルだと思います。隣のビルが工事中だったのでテラスに出ると目が合う状態になります。国際通りに歩いて五分ぐらいに行きますので、立地条件は、とてもいいと思います。たまたま泊まった部屋のカーテンレールが壊れていたようで力いっぱい引っ張らない閉めることができませんでした。
