The lady we dealt with at check in was unbelievably rude. The room we booked was not the room we got and for a refund we would have to go through hotels.com. The toilet wouldn’t flush and when it did the float stuck. There was several dead little flying insects throughout the room. At least they were dead. The staff was never welcoming the entire time we were there. Made us feel like we were a burden on them

This is a hidden gem. Exceeded our expectations for the cost. Wish we'd had time to relax in the indoor pool and hot tub area.

Only if you’re on a budget
This hotel is pretty old and needs updating badly. The carpeting is old and musty, the curtains are pretty gross and worn. There were dust bunnies in corners of the room and outdated furniture. There is also no elevator though it is a two story building. The breakfast was mediocre at best. For the money paid, I suppose I should have expected this, but I won’t stay at this hotel again.

The first 12 hours it was so hot no one could sleep. It finally started cooling off about 4 or 5 that morning. The pull out bed was bent, the mattress on it was awful and the cover was dirty. Window screens all around the building we're falling off and had holes. The pool was freezing cold and I don't think the filter was working right. There were a lot of hairs and bugs in it and it wasn't busy.

Overall it was a fine stay. The hallways were extremely hot and relocated how you felt outside which was strange. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Check in was great. The hotel may seem a little older but the room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfy, and there were plenty of breakfast options(sausage, eggs, waffles, and it had a self making pancake maker) and it all tasted pretty good. The only thing I would note, is the very strong perfume smell when going from the first to second floor. I was worried the room would also smell like this, but it did not.
