Room was nice with modern Kureg coffee maker. We stayed for 3 nights and had minimum housekeeping of towels and trash only. We had to ask at the desk for additional coffee, coffee cups and tissues. Hot breakfast was good but we left almost an hour later than anticipated the last morning because the breakfast attendant was late and slow in setting up.

Room was clean and large. Bed was very comfortable. Only problem was that when we arrived, we were given the wrong type of room. I booked two queens and was given a king room. Because of how we were traveling, I needed the two queen beds and when I asked the front desk, I was told it could not be changed because they had decided to give that room to somebody else. Not quite sure why they would think that was appropriate to do so after I paid for the other room. They just assumed that I could make due with a king because somebody else had kids and needed the other bed. It must’ve never dawned on them that I had two people that needed two separate beds. I was told that there was nothing they could do even though I showed them that I paid for two queens. They basically said sorry can’t help you. Weird and slightly unprofessional

Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Hotel was quiet. Good location that was close to shopping and restaurants. A little wear amd tear in the bathroom where looks like someone had a dog trying to escape. A/C was a little loud in the room but if you like white noise, your good.

The lobby was clean inviting. Bottled water, cold fruited water, chocolates, and coffee was awaiting guests. Hard candies were on each bed. The room was clean, comfortable and larger than I had expected. They just need to pay attention to the wear on doors, carpet, etc. before it gets a "run down" feel. It was a good value.

The front desk, delightful, young lady Meghana was there both when we checked in and checked out. We go out of our way when in OKC to go to the Memorial Best Western. It is very nice, clean, quite, has a good breakfast, and also has a friendly staff. We always stay only here because it is the BEST!
