Nice staff and comfy bed.
The people who checked us in were very professional and nice. The bed and shower were great, but it looked and smellled old. Taking the carpets out would do a lot for the look and smell. The location was good for the airport and Cracker Barrel. The area right across the highway was scetchy at night, but the one next to the hotel was better.

Easy check-in. I got to the hotel after midnight, because flying in so late. Was surprised the door was locked and the lobby dark. They had a room key scanner, but then i noticed a button to push to enter. A guy came by and checked me in. All was good.

Staff was rude, bistro closed at 10am so no coffee available after getting in at 2am AC was working but had parts leaning up against the wall. Door latch would stick, sliding glass door hardly opened. We should have changed room but the location was good and it was only 3 nights so whateverAlso the key cards would deactivate a lot.

No Sofa Beds Here!
Hotels.com incorrectly labels the 2 Queen rooms as having a sofa bed and the hotel itself has not correct that misinformation. Our girls had to share a bed because there's definitely not a sofa bed and we hadn't gotten an additional room since we thought there was a double sofa bed.
