This place was horrendous. Our room had missing ceiling and patchwork that looked like it had been hanging there for a while. The staff was not helpful at all. They clean rooms every other day but don’t let you know that. To change towels you have to go to the front desk. They will not bring them up. When I went to change them I was told they were running low and could only have two towels for four people. You have to call for someone to get any assistance because every time they are in the back chatting. Homeless people wander in and out of the hotel. They grab free cookies and coffee from the lobby. Nobody polices this.

Never stay here again
We had been traveling all day. Arrived at 2pm exhausted and were told our room was not ready and that check in was not untill three, yet a fella just checked in minutes before me. So we leave and walk around in the mall for an hour, come back.. room STILL not ready. They supposedly had only one room available by the elevator so all night that was what we heard. We will never stay here again!!! Obviously, our dollar is as valued as others..

Location of the hotel isn’t the best, but is accessible for families that have appointments at Integris hospital, which is what we were there for as our 2 year old is special needs. Sara was at the front desk and she was wonderful. She understood how we felt about the rooms we were given. She was apologetic and very sweet. I will personally give her a 5-star for her service, but will give a 1 because of housekeeping, which I know is not her fault. We ended up checking in and checking right back out because the rooms were not clean. There was a questionable stain on the red chaise, ceiling was peeling from possible leak, there was hair everywhere, hair all over the bathroom floor, and under the sink. I unfortunately cannot get a refund but wish I could since I had to spend another $200 to find another hotel. I would not recommend.

Upon arrival, we discovered the bedsheets were stained with blood. They provided us with new sheets, however in the morning we realized the comforter also had blood stains. The sheets weren’t big enough so they came off in the middle of the night and my son and I ended up with a rash from something in the bed. Won’t be staying at a Hampton Inn again in the future.

The lamp and the plug-ins on one side of the bed did not work. The coffee pot would not work. No regular coffee just decaf. The roof look like it was falling in the elevators are showing their age and the floor was dirty. The staff was excellent, very friendly, brought us up another coffee pot and fix the lamp and the plug-ins. The kitchen area was really nice and clean.
