Great breakfast. Clean room. Shower over bath was a bit tricky getting in & out of as there is nothing to hang on to. Rooms facing Flinders Street can be affected by noise from trains. Despite this, a very good hotel to stay in.

My room wasn’t serviced. I advised reception who said they would attend to it but when I returned after dinner it still had not been cleaned or linen refreshed. The room was a great room - just disappointed as a regular guest to have not such a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay the bed was comfortable but the room was very small so awkward to move around. A little strange that when using the toilet your feet were in the shower. Lovely shower and fittings in the bathroom but very cramped. Our meals were great . Good room service and buffet breakfast was excellent.

Beautiful property in a central spot, walking distance to everything, the staff were also lovely and helpful. However the rooms were not sound proof and we could clearly hear multiple noises in the rooms next door to us.
