We checked in with ease. The staff were very nice. Upon arrival into our room, we immediately discovered the largest bedbugs I have ever seen. We were given new rooms but they were still very dirty looking with stains on the lamp shade, carpet, and couch. The pillows were terribly hard. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. Go down the road.

This was a most spacious accommodation. Plenty of places to sit, an excellent reading lamp, room for laptops and chargers. Plus plenty of clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was out-damn-standing! We will remember this place on our next trip to Tulsa.

The property is older. The couch in my room was ratty. But the room was clean the room I had had a microwave refrigerator and a toaster. Overall, pretty good

Took a copy of my ID and credit card at check in although I had filled pit the pre check in online. Hopefully they will be remodeling and updating soon. It appears they have containers outside to start.

On arrival the young lady at front desk was not very friendly. There was water leaking from the air conditioner in the room and the carpet was wet by one of the beds. I did report it when I checked out & the young man on duty then, was very nice & friendly. The room overall was ok, but it did need new carpet.

Cheap, uncomfortable pillows. DIRTY TUBE AND TOILET. Room smells moldy. The AC was off when walked in. No coffee or tee supply in the room. Bathroom had different hair types on the floor. THE PILLOWS, AND THE BED HAD BUGS!!!!!!! Some were dead! Front desk does not use hello, or name themself when calling in. Had to call several times from the road before some girl bicker up the phone without saying at least the hotel name! Learn etiquette!

While the beds, counters, tables and bathroom were clean, the carpets needed some serious deep cleaning. My room is on the first floor and when you check the bed, you will see that it’s being treated for bedbugs. The ice machine on the first floor is broken. The breakfast is good. The staff is super friendly. But the whole bedbug thing has me Doubting that we will stay again

Needs some work but room was clean
Overall, I expected more. When I first checked in, the Pine Sol smell was overwhelming...the gentleman that checked me in seemed put out by me being there. I brought my grandkids back with me the next day and one of the first things they said was that it smelled like smoke despite the rooms all having no smoking placards on them. I had noticed this but didn't think much of it. The carpet in the halls and lobby is very, very grungy, it should be steam cleaned or replaced. I have stayed in many hotels and motels and this was not what I expected. The elliptical in the "gym" sounded like it was about to break. You should consider some weights in addition to the equipment. I also had a problem with one of the treadmills and it would not start. The room however was clean and I do appreciate that and the housekeepers that made sure to clean the room well.
