Awesome staff/horrible furniture in room
All of the staff were amazing. Everything was relatively clean. The only really disappointing thing was that the furniture was so severely stained. The bed was fine, but the dining chairs, the couch, the chair, were what I would consider pretty gross. I didn’t bother sitting on any of them. If they took care of that, the place would be absolutely perfect.

It was a home away from home. We dropped our daughter off to college and stayed the week to participate in the new parent activities and get her settled in. It’s conveniently located to shopping and the interstate. The breakfast was really good as was the coffee.

We loved our suite with separate living room, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! We enjoyed the basketball court and pool, too. Our only complaint is that the pool was closed for cleaning when we planned to swim one morning. It’d be better if the cleaning could happen outside the pool’s posted hours (or adjust the hours open so guests won’t plan to use the pool at that time). Otherwise, a great stay! We’ll be back next time we’re in OKC!

My Husband and I are both disabled and the Front Desk Staff person choose a room that was easy access for us coming and going. It was a wonderful quiet room. Very much appreciated. All the staff were helpful, accommodating and courteous. Breakfast was excellent.

The employee checking is in was very nice. The hallway smelled like wet dog. The room across the hallway in room 110 had a barking dog all night if it heard any noise. In between our top sheet and the coverlet the had a mattress cover being used as a blanket!???? Not sure if this was an accident or not but it was very strange to discover. Other than that it seemed clean enough but the bad smell and barking dog kinda gave it a bad feel.

Bathrooms were not very clean. I'm pretty sure there was pee stains on the back of the bathroom door and we'll as someone else's hair. Staff was not welcoming. When I had questions about the room the front desk girl looked annoyed.

Staff were wonderful !! Sheets and bedding were a little weird! I prefer to make my own bed and struggled for awhile I came to conclusion bedding was just a little too small for bed but that’s such a little thing. Pool was also closed one of the days which was annoying saying this was a big part for stay but it opened back up at 4 just too many kids for our liking for a swim great stay nonetheless

Seemed to be unprepared for guests.
We spent an extra $100 to stay here because our last three hotel visits were Homewood suites and were awesome. The attendant at the check-in was amazing. The rest of the stay was not. I called ahead of time to be sure the pool was working. We were told it was, so we booked. When we headed down to the pool, 4 kids in tow, the pool was not working. When we arrived to breakfast, half was gone. The fruit was never refilled so no fruit. There were no glasses for drinks. We had to scrounge for paper cups somewhere else in the lobby. There were no utensils so three of my family members had to share. The waffle maker wasn’t ready and breakfast had been open for an hour and a half already. The shower had lotion in it instead of hair conditioner and I’m pretty sure the shampoo was unscented hand soap. The shower didn’t drain so your feet get to take a dirty water bath. The bed was comfortable and clean so that is a plus. Extremely disappointed with the stay considering the price.
