I reserved online and when I arrived it was vacant I asked to view the room before I checked in and she still checked me in before I was able to view it….. when I viewed the room I instantly noticed the windows. Were broken and busted out and I opened the door it was bugs and a foul odor released from the room… I instantly told her I would not like to stay she said no refunds and confirmed my stay online so I could not get a refund I was devastated because this would be the 3rd incident from this platform I called and let them view the broken window pictures and explained but still no refund or any one has reach out …..

Booked online and nowhere did it inform you that they also required a $20 deposit once you checked in that was probably my biggest complaint overall the receptionist waved it which was nice and it wasn’t her fault but it would be nice if the online source would report that so a customer isn’t blinded when they go into check-in. It’s already paying over $50 for the room and then to be surprised with an additional 20 that they require pretty annoying.

This place was horrible changed rooms twice 1st room was dirty and the shower head was electrical taped the 2nd room was even worse found bed bugs there was blood stains the manager was notified right away and he laughed and said would you like to try another room ..will never stay here not now not ever.. very disappointed in hotels.com very unsafe

The staff was friendly. The carpet in the room was dirty and wet, the coffee maker was full of grounds and dirty, the hair blowdryer was broken and did not work. There were no wash clothes in the room. I won't stay there again.
