Worst hotel ever
The front desk was slightly abrasive and more concerned about telling you about all the up charges, than worried about your stay. The room was dirty. The comforter was sticky. The plumbing was not working well. They took almost an hour to bring a plunger. The bathroom was disgusting. I would never ever stay here again if I got my room for free. The completely breakfast was obviously free, but only thing really edible was the individual yogurts in the mini fridge. The floors were so sticky everywhere. The pool looked like a green swamp. As we were leaving there were areas all over leaking. Pots collecting water in the lobby and random puddles by the side door. And it was sunny outside. Not raining at all.

This facility is absolutely disgusting. It reeks of cigarette smells and weed, the carpet was BLACK and sticky. Our room looked NOTHING like the pictures did on google it was like walking back into the 80’s, that is false advertising. There were cockroaches crawling all over the walls in the hallway. We only could stay in our room for 2min because the smell was so atrocious that it made you gag so we had to leave. I did tell them if they would just give me my money back since we were only there for 10 minutes tops I would not weight a bad review and she laughed and said no so I have now disputed the charges with my bank and will let everyone one know not to use this hotel.

Get what you pay for.
Definitely get what you pay for. Staff was very nice but the room was not what you see in the pictures. We had bugs crawling in bathroom when you turn lights on. The bathroom sink was also missing a handle so we couldn't get hot water.

When we checked in they wouldn't give us extra pillows and only 1 extra blanket. There was a blood stain on 1 of the on the bed. But worst of all I put the do not disturb sign on door when I left that morning, when I came back that evening the do not disturb sign was inside my room in the desk, rhe tv was on a different channel than I had left it and I believe they had been laying on my bed

This people are very poor in customer service, i don't pick up calls, i called for 2 good days for transportation to pick me up at the airport. In my room, when i call them nobody picks up the phone. I asked my soiled linen to be change one day after, they gave me and told m to make my bed myself. Linen supposed to be change everyday right? Why should a staff ask if i want it change? My keys get locking me outside and was so frustrating running downstairs/upstairs for that for the 3days i spent. Breakfast? Nothing good to eat. I don't think ill recommend anyone here.

I can’t believe that this is rated as high as it was on Expedia. This place is falling apart, the pool and hot tub look filthy.. The gym is embarrassing with more than half the weights missing. Breakfast didn’t taste fresh or good. Now the rooms…. Our bathroom faucet was missing a handle so we could only use one side. House keeping never came & we complained about a huge puddle of water in the bathroom. The worst part? It’s crawling in roaches. I didn’t notice it until I got up to go to the bathroom on day 2. I thought maybe I was tired & I wasn’t seeing right but they’re everywhere. Found a few big ones close to our stuff, we left swiftly after. I’m surprised they’re booked out because I would never go back here. The staff is nice & friendly but that is all
