Everything was great during check in. But when I walked the hotel I noticed a broken side door. The toilet seat in my room was broken and the hallways smelled like marijuana.

Horrible fees and scammed every which way I turnem

Awful mean rude desk attendant and I was charged a hospitality fee for booking the room and again when I paid deposit and again when I checked out 7.99 each time and I was not given my deposit back because I didn’t go and check out in person but I rented the room for a friend and his girlfriend as a surprise and the attendant knew this and that person checked out but I was never told I had to be the one to check out and why do I get charged 7.99 for a hospitality fee 3 times booking deposit and checkout there is no hospitality in charging me extra for everything I pay I feel like I got scammed not not the hospitality fees but also the deposit I was never given back

Worst hotel visit ever

When I arrived, nobody was at the desk and I waited for over 20 minutes to get checked in at two in the morning. The room only had two towels in it and we had four people. The room offers continental breakfast and they gave us one voucher and the guy told me to make it work. In addition, we had to go get more towels so everybody can shower and in order to get towels we had to return the other towels to get two additional towels, and I sent my son to get more shampoo and a bar soap and they had him waiting for over 45 minutes downstairs and so I went down there and asked, and the guy jumped to it right away. The staff is very rude and not accommodating. I recommend if you are a family not to stay at this hotel. In addition they had a lot of questionable characters.
