Our TV did not work. And no one could fix it when we got to room. Also the bar only had 2 Coors light beers which is what we drink. The valet service was awesome. Those guys did a terrific job. For the price of hotel should have free breakfast!

First off, the toilet wouldn't flush. Maintenance fixed it. Asked for extra bedding for the hide a bed and house keeping apparently dropped it at the desk outside our room with no knock or phone call. House keeping was non existent in 3 days of occupying room. There was a urine smell that would go through the room off and on. Ordered food from the bar one night and received old food. Disgusting! Hotel staff wanted nothing to do with that. Advertised game room inside hotel and it is nonexistent. Shows a restaurant in hotel, it's only open for breakfast. Valet is the only option at hotel, although valet staff was very pleasant.

The carpet in the room was stained and dirty, the tub did not drain well, and theres a weird smell in the room. It reminded me of a two star motel placed in a downtown area rather than a 4 star hotel in a downtown district. My first night I couldn't sleep I felt itchy. I looked for bedbugs. Didnt find any so it must have been their cleaning products. Never again. I only stayed because the room was paid for and i couldn't get reimbursed.

Was much nicer than Skirvin in OKC which we stayed two weeks prior. Suzanne texted shorty after check in checking on us and after check out she texted again making sure all was well. If going to Paycom this is a great option if staying night.

Great place to stay in downtown OKC! Easy walking distance from all downtown attractions. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool, hot tub, and sauna are a nice bonus.
