A 4-Star Hotel with a 2-Star Experience
For a 4-star hotel, it was a 2-star experience. Location was great and so was the check-in process. However, that was overshadowed by poor Guest Services service, worn down and stained (perhaps because the hotel is old in itself) furniture, and noise levels. I was hoping a tad more cleanliness and class for the hotel description.

Nice placed but ruined anniversary
This was our 15 wedding anniversary I wanted to give my wife a good night. I am a disabled vet and have a prosthetic leg and having the right room is very important. I booked a King handicap accessible suite to make sure it was perfect. I asked the guy at the counter,please confirm it's a King and handicap accessible. He said it was.. We get to the room and it's NICE. The suite was clean and spacious.. The bad it had 2 queen beds.. and was not a handicap accessible shower. There was no shower chair at all. The hand held shower head was not long enough to sit and shower with. It was not handicap accessible at all. The people where nice and they did bring a chair to the room. Valet was horrible. We waited over a hr for our car after requesting it 20 mins before we came downstairs. There was no rush to get our car. There was no where for us to sit while we waited. I know it seems dumb but being disabled in this world is hard and I am in pain everyday. I just wanted to give my wife the best anniversary that I could.
