I had an absolutely fantastic stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Pocatello from November 15 to 16. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The front desk team was friendly, efficient, and eager to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, complete with a fully equipped kitchenette that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet environment that allowed for a restful night’s sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit all tastes. The hotel’s location is also a huge plus, conveniently close to local attractions and dining options in Pocatello. One standout feature was the attention to detail—everything from the modern amenities to the cleanliness of the property was top-notch. Overall, TownePlace Suites exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Pocatello. I’ll definitely be back for another stay in the future!

We loved the grill within walking distance and discount on food. The staff they was excellent. Breakfast was great. Pool and hot tub weren't crowded. Wish the jets worked. The room, we did not love. I liked the closet and kitchen. I did not like the paper thin walls. I could hear everything the neighbor was doing. And he wasnt even loud. Room had a chirping sound near the window that came and went the whole night long. The TV was small, to the side of the bed. Hard to see.

Upgrade definitely needed
The room we were put in smelled old n musty, maybe even a mold issue going on. The ceiling looked like it had a water leak and it may have been repaired but it was definitely noticeable. The living room chair was broke the kitchen table needs replaced and the handicap shower sucked as we had a hard time working it. Beds were clean and comfortable though. All in all this hotel needs an update room by room.

Very clean and felt safe. Fully stocked kitchenette. Foot noise from floor above and hallway was a bit annoying. Thinking that could be helped by staying on top floor. There was an elevator!

The hotel was wonderful, what wasn't was the price that Expedia charged us and the fact that it was non- refundable. After I booked with them I found many other hotels around the area that were cheaper and could all be refunded.
