Enterance give a first look like there is kind of upgrading of building going on. Lobby is not very lit.

The staff were all very friendly, with the notable exception of the airport shuttle drivers, who all seemed like they'd rather be employed anywhere else. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, although the one I received for my second stay was noticeably smaller than the first, even though I'd booked rooms with king beds both times. The second room had only a queen bed and no writing desk or work station area, though they did win some points back by including a bathrobe, slippers, and free minibar stocked with soft drinks, which was a nice surprise (one my first room with them did not feature). On balance, a very pleasant place for the weary traveller to rest their head for a night.

The customer service was poor , the front desk staff was rude and the hotel is at a terrible location. We decided to stay here for 1 night to be close to the airport but there are plenty of hotels in Barcelona that are at a better location and not too far from the airport.

Decent hotel with a free airport shuttle
A nice modern hotel with a free airport shuttle. The shuttle takes a little longer than you might think for a close hotel due to the way the highways are, but it's punctual. I didn't try it, but it had a restaurant and sports bar.

Perfect location for night before departure
If you are comfortable with using local transit, this location is ideal when taking an am flight. The traffic from Barcelona to the airport can be very unpredictable and you may be late for your flight

It’s actually a great hotel close to BCN but no other activities or places to go. In fact the front desk will say that “nothing else around” -no stores restaurants places of interest. Even the pool in the hotel is closed bec it’s the end of summer. Glad there was a nice restaurant and buffet area both offer good food. I got a 2br suite nice roomy comfy except the dim lighting. What’s funny is the shuttle driver that took us to the airport is just a driver- he just watched us put our own luggage piled in the back without offering assistance at all hmm he could have gotten tips if he lent a helping hand. Ive never seen someone like that before.

The free shuttle service, highly trained English-speaking staff, firm but plush mattresses and the restaurant make this hotel a great choice that is very close to BCN airport. The lobby is huge with soaring ceilings. The restaurant, Terraza Gardens, is very good.

Fulfills basic needs
The hotel was very efficient for my needs. Good for one night if you have an early morning flight or a late, late night arrival. Do NOT stay if you want to stay multiple days to be tourist in Barcelona. It's located in a business park area with NOTHING to see, do or eat. You're captive. Room was clean and decent. Nice shower. Bed comfortable enough. Amazingly quiet for an airport hotel. Staff friendly. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs (not at the bar on the main level). Food is expensive and just ok. Very good shuttle to the airport. Overall, hotel met my basic needs.
