Room was amazing! Felt luxurious. However, wish we were given the tickets for the shuttle to the airport upon checkout rather than having to run back inside when finding out you had to have the ticket to take the shuttle

The staff were excellent, friendly, professional and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. The airport shuttle was much appreciated. The room was a very good size however the overall presentation was average. Maintenance was required for the power points (half were loose and not functional). There were no cups for tea or coffee and no milk. The bed was a large king and there were plenty of pillows to choose from. We had dinner in the Terrace room, food was adequate. Overall the hotel did its job which was to offer a room close to the airport.

The shuttle driver did not assist us with our luggage and behaved quite rudely. In addition, despite having paid for breakfast, no picnic breakfast was provided for my husband, who had to leave at 5:30am. Overall, the staff did not appear happy or welcoming.

Nice hotel near airport. Shuttle pickup was explained clearly in messages received from BAH. Convenient public bus to Barcelona was to the left and across the street from hotel. Drops riders at Plaza España. We walked to the Mercat de la Boqueria which was a good distance but we like walking! Staff was very professional and helpful.

The hotel was very quiet and clean. Due to online check in, I was able to go to my room quickly. The shuttle bus to the airport ran on time. For anyone flying out, this hotel has everything necessary.

We stayed overnight to catch an early flight. The hotel's appearance is really nice and modern. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. Theis shuttle bus to the airport runs throughout the night. Looking forward to repeating the experience, but in summer, so we can enjoy the pool. Totally recommended.
