The view over the parklands is beautiful. We really appreciated that this is not a high-rise building and that it blends into the form of the Adelaide Oval structures. We loved having a quiet drink overlooking the oval. The accessibility of all the facilities is very good.

We had a good stay at the Oval. The room was spacious and clean and breakfast was good which we can see the Oval from the restaurant. However Kelly who checked us in was not friendly. Not sure she should be working in hospitality as we thought we were dealing with a robot who have no facial expression and no warmth in her tone and can't even smile. The rest of the staff were all friendly with a lovely smile on their face which makes up the bad experience we have encountered initially. Overall the stay was good but the check-in experience has put a sour note on our trip.

Bathroom and Shower has Grohe accessories. These are excellent. Bespoke Wine Bar and Kitchen provides beautiful views of Adelaide Oval. Proximity and access to Adelaide Oval is a big plus. Valet Parking is the only way to get multi in-out privilege and that is expensive.

Very noisy. Was told I was below a family room. Bed was comfy however had what felt like broken springs which were hard if you laid on them. Offered no alternative when I raised it with the reception. Not a great stay at all.
