Zoe and her friends always offer a warm welcome to you, and hope you enjoy our cosy and comfortable house Lemon Tree Patio, where you can spend endless relaxing days on the terrace, in Olvera. We all love Olvera and hope you will too!
This double fronted end of terrace property is set up from the road entered either by a few steps or at the other end the row by a ramp, on entering the house you have a open plan lounge and dining area, where their is a sofa bed and reading area with books, magazines and a TV with a few DVD‘S incase you want a night in! *note the tv does not have channels* only for use with dvd. The log burner is available, more wood can be purchased from the petrol station in town. Or if staying for longer I can arrange a delivery for a small fee. We also have local information for you to look at and decide how you will spend your holiday and what activities are on offer in the local area, I am always available for any advise so please don’t be afraid to ask.
Up a step to the hallway that leads to the private patio, you have also the fully fitted kitchen and downstairs shower room perfectly situated for the sofa bed downstairs. Up the original old stairs leads you to the master bedroom, which has a fantastic high ceiling. From the bedroom you have a full en-suite bathroom with eco heater.
The outside space is private and perfect for dining, sunbathing (there is a bed and recline chair under the stairs) and of course you have the fabulous Lemon Tree to sit under, there is a stone bench perfect for a morning cuppa.
This house is perfectly equipped for holiday use, if you wish to stay longer than 2 weeks please give as much notice as possible, we may know of other places if our house is rented....and remember as we are close we can help with anything from where to buy your milk and bread, to helping if you need something from the well stocked pharmacy! We are here to help.
Please not this is a working white village , people go to work , children go to school and go past the house with roller bags, the gas man goes past in the afternoon, the breadman comes and parks outside at 8.30 am and beeps his horn (it’s fine to go out in your pjs to get fresh bread like the locals)
The bin truck goes past around 6pm every night, (you can hang your bin bags on the railings)
* Sometimes things get broken, that’s ok - just let me know - if something is broken on arrival please let me know so you don’t get charged for it.
* Please do not leave heaters on when you go out - or cover any with anything! It’s a fire hazard and dangerous.
The house has very good accessibility. You can usually park around the house, and if you can't there is plenty of parking close by, in Calle Almeria and Calle Francia - The Spanish don't mind if you park outside in the middle of the road, drop off anyone and or shopping or bags then move on to the nearest parking space. It’s normal.
* Please note parking is first come first served, don’t park in-front of anyone’s doors or indeed on the yellow lines and you’ll be fine!
* Parking in Calle Francia changes the side of the road on the 1st of the month so be careful you don’t get a ticket on the 1st if you park there!
