Worst hotel stay in 40+ years of travel.
At check our 2 queen room was not available due to over booking? room door did not latch and deadbolt would not engage. In AM there was NO hot water for showers. Breakfast time there was no juice…. All apple and orange juice dispensers were empty, NO milk for cereal and coffee was luke warm at best. Reserved parking lot was 1/4 full of construction equipment and they were unloading material directly behind my car when I tried to leave

Nice, quiet but under construction.
Overall very nice stay. Quiet and great location. The hotel is under construction right now so some areas are blocked off and in some areas a pretty strong paint smell. But comfortable beds and spacious rooms.

Hotel in Horrible condition
Upon arrival, was told we had to pay to park and was given a room on the 4th floor were the tv wouldn’t turn on and there was no remote. Room phone did not work either. Clerk moved us to the first floor where several rooms were playing loud music and management did nothing about it.

It was accommodating but I didn't like having a room so far away from the elevator since the hotel wasn't at full capacity. Also, the hallway leading to my room was warm then turnt cold near my room. Last but not least, I accidentally left my black Nike jacket in the closet of my room 247, but someone took it because they couldnt find it after housekeeping cleaned the room.

Pretty Good I Reckon
Very nice hotel for the price, once renovations are complete I'm sure it will be great. The parking situation is tricky since there are only about 20-30 spots in the small lot and a lot of them are filled with construction equipment and trucks. Oh, and it costs $15 a night to park in this lot should you be lucky enough to find a spot.

Had to pay for parking, toilet was nit attached to floor & rocked back and forth, had to put the shiwer doors back on rheir tracks in to order move/open/close them, shower head was to high to adjust so water was aimed at the shower doors, water flow out of shiwer head was weak at best, water went to freezing after about 5 minutes then to scalding hot a couple minutes later, the hair dryer was covered with hair spray (?), hair, dirt & dust and the remodeling crew that is staying there were very loud and inconsiderate slamming doors late into the night & very early in the morning. Will NOT stay at another Hampton/Hilton ever again and will NOT recommend either.
