Beautiful hotel. Clean and rooms were great. Beds were super comfy. Only thing I could say needs improved is parking costing an additional $25 for the hotels garage. Also the housekeeping staff are very loud (shouting down the hall at each other) and block the hallways on both sides making it hard to get through.

The location is great for walkability but very loud at night. The bathroom doors are literally glass, and ours didn’t even latch, so no privacy. If someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and turns on the bathroom light, the entire hotel room is lit up which was a problem for us. There was a shortage of hot water for showers at various times during our 3 night stay.

The lighting in the room was awful. We had to use our phone flashlights to be able to see around the room. There are no lights in the ceiling and the couple of lamps were very dim. The elevator services the hotel, parking garage, and hotel staff services (housekeeping, garbage, etc), so waiting for the elevator takes a very long time. The parking garage is not great. The breakfast was not great. This was unfortunately, a disappointing stay.
