Great Location Close to Old Market
Great location, surrounded by dining options in the Old Market. But, was awakened by fire alarm alert caused by a frozen water suppression pipe in the parking garage..didn't seem necessary to wake up the whole hotel for that..wasn't in main building..no fire..just water leak...

The only reason i gave 3 stars was because the location is perfect, right in the heart of old market....but i paid extra for a specialty king but only got a regular room. I didn't make a big deal about it but the sliding bathroom door didn't completely shut and the bed absolutely dreadful. Woke up feeling like i was hit by a bus. Then the breakfast was hands down the worst breakfast I'd ever tasted. On top of that we both felt sick afterwards like we had mild food poisoning. Very, very disappointing. Will stay down the street at Embassy Suites next time for sure.

There was a tremendous freezing rain even last night in Omaha resulting in treacherous icy conditions. The hotel staff should have started salting the entrance and walkways sooner as they were nearly impassable. Bed was also too hard...

In the middle of downtown in a perfect location with a candy store, an ice cream shop, and lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel was very clean. We had a room on 10th floor. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good as well. Lots of variety.
