LAZY RIVER & BAY VIEWS TO SOOTHE THE SOUL!! FIRST FLOOR UNIT!! Phoenix on the Bay II, Unit #2104. Want to enjoy your vacation in an updated first floor luxury condo? Look no further than this 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit at Phoenix on the Bay II. Bring the family and score some points for booking this wonderful condo!! While here, relax and enjoy each other as you make wonderful memories in this fabulously decorated condo.

THE SPACE: Enjoy cooking for the family on top-of-the-line stainless appliances in a fully equipped kitchen. There's a coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. There's seating for six in the dining area and two swivel stools at the bar. The living room has a big screen tv, recliner, chair and queen size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the master bath has double vanities, jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bath has a tub/shower combination. Enjoy time on the patio with a loveseat, two chairs along with a high-top table and two chairs for a beautiful view of the bay. Bring the family and score some points for booking this wonderful condo!

THE PROPERTY: You can enjoy the POOL and LAZY RIVER with the family or play TENNIS on the roof-top court (racquets and balls provided at the front desk). Note: The water slide was removed in 2022. The little ones will enjoy the KIDDIE POOL with fountains. Raining? Not a problem, swim in the INDOOR HEATED POOL, soak in the HOT TUBS, work out in the FITNESS FACILITY or rejuvenate in the SAUNA. Guests are asked to provide their own swim floats for the lazy river. Spend time on the dock and fishing pier watching the boats in the bay. There is a private area with umbrellas to lay out and relax by the sandy bay beach and the kids can play in the sand and water (supervision required). There's a grilling area with concrete tables and benches to picnic. This reservation does not include a boat slip. You may call the front desk to reserve.

THE AREA: Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theatre. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Other local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

Long weekend
We were in town for a wedding and decided to make a long weekend out of it. The condo was great. It had everything we needed! Spacious, extra blankets, seasoning, all kitchen and grilling utensils. It was a great location over looking the marina. Short walk to the pier or the pool. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and floats for the lazy river. Since Covid they no longer provide them.

Very clean, safe property. There was an upgrade to the internet, which affected the cable. The response to correct the issue was almost immediate. I would rent this place again. Great place if you have a boat as well.

Hurricane Ida Evacuation
We were looking to get a way to some electricity and some WiFi after Hurricane Ida took out most of our Parish. What better place to do that than the beach! We had never stayed on the bay before. Phoenix on the Bay II was the perfect choice. The pool was perfect for the kids. The WiFi was suitable for my husband to get back to work. The drive to the beach was very short. We had one issue where the dining table area did not feel very clean and we had a little ant problem. But we contacted Stephanie and she handled it immediately and within 30 minutes the ant issue was resolved. I was very impressed! The rest of the condo was very clean. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we will visit again!

It was a great stay, location, even the beds were comfortable! Only thing is I would check with the cleaning company as the floors as not been cleaned. We couldn’t walk around barefoot because our feet would be completely black. Over all would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and easy to get to. The pools were smaller than we thought, but the kids enjoyed them. It took us a while to figure out the Smart TVs, but we finally did. Our grandson loved the fishing and the pool slide.

BEAUTIFUL!

We loved our stay at Phoenix on the Bay II in unit 2104. The unit was updated beautifully. We were very comfortable here, and the view of the bay was great for being on the first floor. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We would certainly return to this unit!

Great condo for boating!
Stephanie was great to deal with on her rental property. She responded to messages within minutes during our booking and also our stay. Check in was simple. We rented a boat slip for our stay within the complex which was just a short walk from our condo. This made the beach trips with our two small kids much easier. The condo itself was very clean with tasteful modern decor. Our two kids loved the pool area with the slide and lazy river. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
