Downtown Orange Beach is one and a half miles away and it offers visitors a plethora of dining options. Adventure Island is half a mile away and features go-karts, bumper boats, laser tag, kiddie rides, and erupting volcano replica that comes alive with a powerful and memorable show; you can even feel the vibrations and feel the steam.

This condo allows monthly reservations.
The condo has a seven-night minimum in season, must be Saturday to Saturday, Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
