As well as an adult only pool. There are various sports and exercise features along with an onsite Beach-side Cafe' and Bar. Everyone looks forward to a RELAXING beach vacation! Wide-open beaches, fresh salty sea air and beautiful views from your own private balcony. Come relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated expansive direct beach front South side of building four bedroom, four bath 10th floor condo. with 5 flat panel TV's. Including a Large Flat panel HD TV in the family room. With its tropical decor and comfortable furnishing, this is truly a Resort Destination for your comfort and enjoyment!

Upon entering this 4 bedroom, 4 1/2 bath condo with additional sofa sleeper, you will feel the relaxing but sophisticated atmosphere. The living area is decorated with 2 sofas, and a large flat panel smart TV. It has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker complement the living area. Free High Speed WiFi throughout the unit. The patio features a large 8 setting patio table and two comfortable chase, overlooking the lazy river and spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. Charcoal Grills are available near the pool area. The kitchen offers both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed floor to ceiling patio door and opens to the patio and beautiful views of the Gulf and Bay. The bedrooms 2 and 3 each have comfortable queen beds and the 2nd master has a king bed. All bedrooms also have a flat panel LCD HD TV's .

From the time you step out of your car and enter the grand lobby, you will feel you are in a tropical paradise. This unit is located in the best location in the building, from the large patio, master bedroom, and family room you will have amazing views of the Gulf.

Enjoy a swim in the lazy river, while the kids spend hours enjoying the water-slide. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find a large state of the art exercise room. The utility room is furnished with a full size washer and dryer. You have covered parking in the garage.

The Large balconies provide incredible views of the Gulf that span for miles along pristine white beaches and clear blue waters In addition, Phoenix West 2 offers a lazy river water feature.

Parking is $60 per car for the length of your stay. The facility offers full time onsite security.

Great Family Vacation

This property was perfect for us. 4 different families drove from Arkansas and Kentucky. Ranging in age from 3 to 85. Recliners were one reason we picked this place. Have 2 that can’t sleep in bed. Owner was great. Only had one minor glitch. He responded promptly. We all said we would come back. Hopefully soon. But will take a lot of planning

This condo provided an enjoyable time with family. It met our expectations with the 4 bedrooms and 4-1/2 baths. Excellent location for families with young kids or grand kids. If you don’t have young kids, then when you sit out on the balcony it will be very noisy until 8:30. The 10th floor parking deck was convenient for unloading and loading.

Loved it!

This condo was beautiful! We took a big family vacation here and we loved it. Corner condo with awesome views! On the 10th floor so you can park on floor 10 and walk right to your condo. We have stayed at the Oasis several times, and this has been my favorite condo yet! Hopefully we can stay again soon.

It was fun, I had grandchildren and they loved the ocean, LOVED the water slide and lazy river. Overall very nice. Also, the owner let me make a change to my reservation because my oldest Grandson was graduating on the original day of our reservation and we wouldn't be able to make it so they just let us change it to the next 2 days. Best Spring Break Condo ever

The place was amazing. The view was breath taking and the condo had everything that we needed except for a blow dryer. I would recommend this condominium for any large family. There 3 pools and a lazy river. My kids and I didn’t want to leave. The beds and couches were comfortable and the 1/2 bath was perfect for guest so they didn’t have to enter the bedrooms. I’m in love with this location.

Large and clean condo, great location, views and parking. The only reason not a 5 is that the bedroom off the living room/ kitchen the bed headboard and frame needs to tighten or bolted its not very stable but all other beds and everything else is fantastic!! Will definitely stay again! Lesley

Restful and Roomy

We loved the layout of the condo, the amenities of the property and the location to the beach. The condo itself needed a few kitchen items, and there were some hot and cold bedrooms. We didn't stay in the condo much, so it was tolerable. Being on the 10th floor was great - the view was amazing from the spacious balcony.

Fantastic week with our family!!

Condo was amazing!! Great view of the ocean and the state park since the condo is on the corner and the balcony wraps around. Every bedroom has a view and it’s own bathroom. Ike’s beach service did a great job having our beach chairs and umbrellas ready each day and checking on us to see if we needed anything. The lazy river was fun and relaxing. Our 2 year old grandson enjoyed the slide at the pool. The ice machine in the condo makes filling up your ice chests easy. The air pump at the pool to inflate our air rafts and tubs was a nice perk as well. The condo had everything we needed! We couldn’t have asked for better weather. It was a great week with our kids and grandbaby! We can’t wait to come back!

Great vacation

This condo was great for our family of 10. Spacious and well equipped. Lots of activities to keep the teens entertained when they were not at the beach. Loved the convenience of parking “right outside” our 10th floor accommodations. The balcony area was huge w/lots of seating. Kelly was quick to answer questions and very informative. Would book again if in the area.

Poor communication, service and cleaning

The property itself is a gem. The views are amazing, but the following issues made our stay less that satisfactory: (1) the host was unresponsive (2) cleaning crew dowsed the room in cleaning solution which we had to clean out by wiping the floor with water (3) the beds are terrible, literally fold in when you lay down (4) the checkin desk was very rude and made it clear that we were renters. I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but when I spend thousands there is an expectation of a better experience. Again the property itself is amazing.

Amazingly spacious corner unit with 5 balconies!

We really enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to all family & friends. Already planning our return trip for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the master bed mattresses still needs to be replaced. Too soft. Absolutely no support, which aggravated my back, post spinal surgery. But overall we loved it and we’ll see you for Mother’s Day!

Wonderful beach experience

Beautiful views, and comfortable environment. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend with family and friends. The condo is large and and offered plenty of room for 8 people. We especially appreciated that there were bathrooms in every bedroom. The walk to the beach was relatively easy. Once, when it began to rain a long line formed at the elevators. The stairs are not an easy option when carrying lots of beach gear. Otherwise, the elevator service was quick. The few issues we had with the unit/facility were that the Wi-Fi would not allow us to stream a movie. It froze up several times. Additionally, the cookware needs some replacement. The frying pans were in particularly bad shape. Also, security shut down the pools on several occasions and they required everyone to leave the area (even the entire indoor pool area). They remained closed for long periods of time. They cited lightning one time, even though the weather was clearly, quite a distance away.
