On-site resort amenities include a Gulf-side outdoor pool, indoor pool, grill area, sauna, hot tub, fitness room, and a private beach boardwalk. (Brand-new elevators were installed in the fall of 2023. New indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs have been upgraded to environmentally friendly filtering equipment, and all three pools have been completely resurfaced.)

Enjoy a prime location right across the street from Zeke's Landing, the most popular dolphin cruise and fishing charter service in Orange Beach. Leave a vehicle parked and walk across the street to shopping, ice cream, several 5-star restaurants, and dolphin or fishing cruises. Or, access the beach from the private swimming area and enjoy the beautiful scenery and white sand.

Great property. Spectacular views. Everything you would need. Condo 1104 was perfect. Both property and the condo was spotless. My only wish was that they had gas outdoor grills instead of charcoal. But that's minor.

Good atay and the condon worked great for our vacation. Only improvements i would suggest are updating the shower faucet and doing something to darken the window to front bedroom. The light from outside is bright. Also elevator quit while on our stay and were limited to just one

Everything was easy and accurate

The common areas of the property were clean considering it was on the beach. The condo was very nice and clean. I wish we had known about the chair and umbrella rental at the beach. We would not have borrowed some to bring had we known about that. The property was pretty quiet and everyone was respectful of the noise curfew. The security people were friendly when we saw them in passing.

Nice place!!

We arrived at 9pm on a Saturday. The AC was not working when we arrived. The Property Manager had someone out the next day (on a Sunday) and had it fixed right away! Things happen, wasn't anyone's fault the AC went out, but I was super impressed by how fast they took care of it. Then on top of that they refunded a portion of our stay! The place is very nice, very comfortable, very clean, and it was a pleasure staying there. Highly recommend!

Our small family came for a trip to the beach. We chose Tidewater Condominiums based on the other great reviews. Upon arrival check-in was super easy and the room was extremely tidy and clean. We only had a few minor issues when we arrived we discovered that the washer and microwave in room 1104 did not work correctly for us- however we reached out to maintenance and had them come check on it within a couple of hours of us reaching out- unfortunately they could not quickly fix either appliance during our stay. But we were okay with that- we heated the food on the stove and just bagged up our dirty clothing items to have washed as soon as we get back home. The location of this condo is perfect- right across the street from shrimp basket and sweet cone Alabama so the location is great when traveling with small children. Also close to grocery stores and pharmacies which we ended up needing both on our trip! Thank you Tidewater for a pleasant trip!

The location was perfect. It’s close to everything you could possibly want or need. I spent so much time on the balcony….the view and the sounds of Gulf made the relaxing experience I was looking for! The unit was clean and well equipped! The indoor pool was nice for a stay in November!

We had a great stay! The property was just as listed and had an amazing view of the Gulf.

We had such a great time this past weekend! Check in was literally just showing up and going straight to the condo. Very quiet and peaceful. Check out was almost just as easy! They’ll send you a email and text with a link in it. Click the link and your checked out!! 5 stars for everything except cleanliness. We noticed a few random things (honestly not even a big deal and the cleaning people might not have even realized the things weren’t a 100% clean because it was that small) but over all the condo was clean and didn’t affect our stay. We will definitely be back!
