Harbour Place 201 is a cute One (1) bedroom, Two (2) bathroom unit on the Gulf side of Beach Boulevard. This unit comfortably sleeps 6. The Master bedroom features a King bed, HDTV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The living room features a Queen sleeper sofa, a pull-out Twin love seat, a pullout twin ottoman. This unit has been freshly painted and has brand new living room furniture! Enjoy the beach views from the private balcony while you cook on the handy electric grill. All TVs are HDTV with basic cable and wifi is included.

Come and enjoy the indoor/outdoor pool that has a swim in/out feature. Next to the indoor pool, is a hot tub with a waterfall -- great for relaxing. After the pool, stroll down the boardwalk to the beach and take in the clear emerald waters and sugar white sand Orange Beach is known for.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 1 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

The sliding glass door had no lock on it at all as verified by maintenance man. The dryer was beyond needing to be replaced. It would have shredded our clothes. The bathroom floor had hair everywhere. I have stayed in many rooms in this building but this was the worst.

It’s just okay
Let me start by saying if you are driving in plant on checking in at 4 on the dot. I understand they don’t want people checking in early but it is extremely hard to plan a trip down to the min. We had to wait a hour before we were able to enter the unit. The place itself is ok. Nothing fancy for sure. Not a lot of money spent on updates. The patio door is almost impossible to open. Kitchen does have everything you would need for your stay. Being on the beach they should provide a better broom to sweep sand. I don’t know if I’d rent this unit again. Not for the price paid over all.

Overall, not bad, but the condo definitely had some issues. Upon arrival, the toilet in the master bathroom would not flush. I called the rental company and they addressed the problem very quickly! The kitchen light did not work half the time at all, or only one bulb would work. The blinds in the living room were terrible. Several of the vertical blinds were missing and when you’d turn the rod to try to close the ones that were there, it would not work. The elevators are terribly slow. Parking underneath the building was nice, when a spot was available, but the parking spaces are very tight. Probably will not stay here again unless they address these issues.

Went to Orange Beach to escape reality and got that experience with this Vacation spot , Pros- views , comfortable bed, cold refrigerator, location, Clean, Cons - needs new Blinds and needs to provide more trash bags , new bigger TVs , and fix ice maker , but overall we had a Ball , Great Place!!!

Cons: AC did not seem to cool well. Even with air on as low as 65, blinds closed and lights dimmed we stayed uncomfortably hot. ice maker did not work in fridge and there was no community ice machine. There were also some spots on the comforter in bedroom that we had to wash out ourself. Pros: The beach access was nice. They support the local humane society and assist with spay/ neutering stray cats in the area!! In the far corner (not around guest areas) they have a house and feeding station set up for a few local feral cats!!!

Great stay, friendly people. My only suggestion is to get cameras for the parking lot. My friends car who was also staying at this locations car was hit and could not do anything about because the only camera for parking lots view was obstructed by the scaffolding.

Very nice!
We did a family fishing trip for a weekend stay. The place was very nice and convenient to the beach. We were just a few minutes away from the docks. Plenty of room to sleep! Ottoman rollaway bed was my 8 year olds favorite :) Will be booking this property again!

This unit was very neglected and in serious need of upgrades. The sofa beds were nice, but the blinds were missing pieces. There was no hair dryer and no spatulas in the kitchen. There were very few plates. Rust everywhere. Moldy showers. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again. Beachball Properties check in and out was convenient. The welcome bag was nice, but we wouldn’t recommend this particular condo.

Perfect for our family!
The property is located in a quiet section of town, but close to shops, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and came with extra sheets and pillows, if needed. The washer and dryer were a great addition. Everything was exactly as listed and we loved having the extra sleeper sofa! This was perfect for our family for a quick getaway over the holiday weekend and we look forward to booking again in the future!
