Romar Place is conveniently located on the western end of Orange Beach near many restaurants, shopping, and the Alabama Gulf State Park. Unit 1104 is on the top (Penthouse) floor and overlooks the gorgeous emerald-blue Gulf of Mexico.

As you enter the unit, to your left is the open kitchen and living area with Gulf view. The kitchen has just been remodeled with new stainless-steel appliances and granite counter tops. The new furniture in the living area includes a sleeper sofa and two comfy chairs for relaxing. The living room is complete with a large HDTV and Gulf front balcony access. Just off the living area, you will find the Master suite with King bed, HDTV, private gulf balcony access, and a private bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Back at the main entrance, you will walk straight down the hallway to enter the guest quarters. The laundry closet is located on your right behind the new custom barn doors. The first bedroom found on your left has two twin beds, new HDTV, a beautiful new side table, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is down the hall on your left. It includes a Queen bed, a HDTV, bedside table, and spacious closet. The guest bathroom is found at the end of the hallway with a tub/shower combo.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:


RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Perfect for our Ladies Get-A-Way Week!
We have vacationed in Orange Beach for the past ten years, but this is the first time that we stayed at Romar Place. It is a great location and the property, pools and entrance areas are well maintained. Our condo was very clean, well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and even pool and beach items. We had one maintenance issue and the property managers had someone out to take care of it within the hour. My only suggestion would be that the upholstered furniture in the living room could use a good steam cleaning, and a couple more balcony chairs would be nice. But everything else was great and we plan to return to Romar Place next year!

The check in was simple. The guest rooms were a bit small. The primary bedroom has no dresser for storing clothes. The living room had two cloth seats that were not clean, We made do with placing sheets over them. The kitchen chairs were the same. The glass top stove had a major crack from front to back. We reported that problem, hopefully they will replace it. over allour stay was good.

The floors were dirty and you could not walk in your bare feet, there was only one dish towel no dish cloths. Badic cheap family dollar bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. The furniture was very stained. The view was fabulous and probably the best feature of the unit.

It was beaching!
Perfect location with an ideal walk to the beach. Panoramic views of the sunrises and beach from the two sided lanai. Master suite also has access to the lanai for peaceful evenings and invigorating mornings. On site complex management was very good about enforcing the rules including non-smoking restrictions and hours all of which made for a quiet respite. Ideal for families. Hopefully we will be able to book it again for our next adventure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a great location and beautiful views of the gulf. We loved the pool and beach access. My only complaints are that we were charged for parking ($30 per car), and there were no beach supplies - not even beach towels - so we had to bring our own, which is a bit of pain when traveling by plane. For the price we paid, I think things like this should be included.

Orange Beach is beautiful!
We had a wonderful time during our stay in Orange Beach. However, there are some rules we were not made aware of prior to our stay that would have been nice. There are absolutely no guests allowed at the property, was the big one. When I messaged Beach ball Properties about the no guests, it was over 7 hours and a follow up message before getting a responsee and to get that "They just found out about this rule when I questioned it". Other than that frustration, the condo was beautiful and a very nice place to stay. We'd come back!!

How the room was.
It is set up for 8 people but we had 8 adults and we felt cramped. If you had some kids it would probably be big enough. The furniture was worn and the person who slept on the sofa bed said it was very uncomfortable. Overall it was good. We all had a blast.

10 grand in damages to our vehicle. So glad we were there for the historical hail storm. Mother nature at her best. 2 rooms flooded.so we got to listen to the banging on the roof for 2 days. They never came to fix the lights. Hope they repair the shutter before y'all get another bad storm. Condo is very nice. Had a great time, always do when we visit Alabama.
