Everything was just as promised in the advertising. The property was clean which I was happy about being a clean freak germaphobe. The bed was extremely comfortable, being older, that is a nice addition to the property. The shower was hot and very enjoyable after a long day on the beach. We are not a fan of being in high places, so the 3rd floor was perfect for us scaredy cats. We would definitely use this property again for our next visit.

November get away
We like the smaller property, easy parking, and third floor location. While the unit was updated, it could still use a few more very small maintenance items. Hot tub at property was broken also. Sleeping 6 would be a real stretch with the small single bathroom. The price was right for our off season stay, and the location is great for restaurants, etc.

Great Condo

Beautiful location and property
We were very pleased with the whole experience from reserving this location, check in, and communication with Rick. The property is exactly as seen on VRBO. The location is amazing and the views are beautiful. We love sitting on the balcony in the morning and at night listening to the waves. There were concerns initially with Hurricane Helene causing weather issues with our stay. Rick kept in close contact and gave us options if needed. We were able to enjoy our stay as planned. We would recommend this property and look forward to being able to stay here again.

My girls and I truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, comfy and cozy. Sat outside and listened to the water was serene. Beach was just steps away and we all spent hours just relaxing at the beach. Hopefully it will be available next year !

Place had everything I needed. I suggested a small bar of soap for the shower, but I was told no, they won’t do that. When they send info about your stay, they mention one roll of toilet paper and paper towels, they could mention a bar of soap. I have never stayed anywhere where they wasn’t soap for bath/shower.
