Overall great experience!
The condo was very nice. The cleanliness of the condo needed some attention. There were smashed bugs on the walls, the master shower still had hair in it from the previous guest, there was mold in the master bedroom air vent, there was no Keurig as mentioned in the description, plugs were not readily available for plugging in devices, and the dining table was very sticky from it needing to be repainted. I did bring my own cleaning supplies to wipe everything down. I would also recommend putting memory foam over the master bed and the two queen beds. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the couch.Overall it was a good experience except for the things mentioned.

This was our first time at The Phoenix VI. We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need. However the coffee pot single serve wasn’t working properly, no big deal we brought extra options for coffee. Plenty of seating in living room and kitchen and on patio! Condo was nice and clean and well furnished. Thank you for our stay!

Awesome Stay
We rented this condo from May 5th - May 11th and had an awesome time. The condo was very spacious for 6 adults. Very nice and clean and had great views of both the Gulf and Bay area. Condo is centrally located in Orange Beach and close to Gulf Shores and Floribama. Would definitely rent this place again.

Wonderful place one issue
Is property was amazing, only one issue and I don't know if it can be fixed. Loved the area, the property, inside and out side pools, the beach. Almost perfect! My only issue was the metal railing on the balconies vibrate in winds. The issue with that is, that it sounds like it travels through the duct work to every room waking you up at night. That was the only thing not enjoyable about the stay, and I like my sleep especially on vacation :-/

Fall Getaway
The condo was in a great location. We were able to visit the Pensacola Naval Air Station within 35-40 minutes and watch the Blue Angels practice. Great variety of restaurants and choices of golf courses. There was plenty of room and being able to sit and watch the waves or watch the boats in the canal on the two decks was nice. Great trip!

The communication with management was amazing!!! Very quick to respond on multiple occasions! The portal with info was a great resource and easy to use. The condo is in the BEST location! Great space and layout for 2 families of 4 to enjoy! Overall, the condo was clean. It could use a deep clean - just some built up dust. We found a (clean) diaper and cup behind the nightstand. We used our own towels & sheets. We brought our own kitchen items as well. Furniture is fine, can tell wear and tear. I would suggest to throw away decorative pillows or just keep for personal use. The condo was great with a lot of amenities!! End unit with 2 balconies and 2 different views! Elevators take a while, so be prepared. We are already planning a trip back to this condo!

Senior trip and concert
My son and his girlfriend wanted to see Morgan Wallen in concert. We also wanted a beach vacation so this location worked to do both. Lots of fun activities close by and the beach was family friendly and not too crowded. People were very friendly and the local seafood was great.

Overall - Would Return!
The condo was good overall. Great location. I would rate the cleanliness as "okay." It was clean enough for our stay - besides the sand in the sheets in the master bedroom. It could use a deep cleaning (dirty baseboards) and the living room furniture seemed very worn. However, the layout was great and there was enough room for 5 adults and one infant to stay comfortably. The balcony was very spacious, so that helped. The pools and beach access were nice. Overall - would return!

Overall a good time had by all. However, we had to call maintenance twice due to the refrigerator not cooling well, two televisions where the satellite was not working, and water pouring out of the vents in front bathroom. Maintenance did respond quickly.

Great Beach but disappointing room
Our room was not clean. I had to wipe down spills on countertops and cabinets from previous renters. Doors and trim were dirty. Tubs stained and need replacing. Bedding had stains. Not enough towels or supplies. We never swam in pool-looked dirty. Spent our days at beach. Not at all what we had hoped for from cleanliness perspective.
