Location is great The ac does not work at all, it never got below 75 in our room. The bed is very uncomfortable and needs to be updated. The shower doesn’t drain fast at all. The floors were also dirty upon arrival.

The condo was great the only complaints I had was the bedding very uncomfortable mattress needs replacing I ended up sleeping on the couch last two nights. Also the a/c wasn’t cooling well lucky temps were down for my stay even wet never was cool in the condo.

There were several issues with this condo. We called about the AC leaving the bedroom & entryway/living room floor with puddles of water. It was not fixed so to prevent us from falling we went without AC for the 2nd week of our stay. The front door wouldn’t lock (a keypad) without several times of opening and closing. The tile floors were really dirty. We swept & mopped them ourselves. The pictures show a very nice clean updated condo, this is not the case. The worse thing was wgen maintenance worked on the leaking garbage disposal he left the door to the condo propped open with all of our personal items accessible to anyone. My purse, husband’s wallet everything we had brought with us except what we had taken to the beach was in our condo. It could have been a major catastrophe!! I called and reported it, they said they would speak to head of maintenance and call me back but I never received a return call. There were other issues, but these were the main ones.

The condo and location was great as well as the amenities! With this unit we got a parking spot with pass under the cover which was great since we had alot of rain. The patio furniture was rusted and broken which was a disappointment. All batteries were low in the TV remote so we kept having to switch the batteries around. We put in a work order for it but never heard anything back after. The fan in the bedroom was covered in dust we didn't want to turn it on. Other then these issues the condo was perfect for our family of 5. The kids shared the pullout couch. If it was cleaned a little better and nee patio furniture we would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing trip, and the room was perfect. The door latch broke when we first got there, so I messaged the owner on VRBO. By the time we got back from the beach, it was fixed. Great customer service. Will most definitely be going back.

Chairs on balcony were broken, garbage disposal broken and got locked out of the room for about 45min. Staff and house keeping rude. Hot tubes didn’t always work and the best part not knowing there was construction every morning starting at 7am and must of missed the part about paying $35. I have stayed many places but this was not my favorite

Exactly what I needed
I had use or lose time off from work and and this condo was perfect to get away from the world for a few days. Convenient to shops and restaurants. The beach is beautiful and right there. The view is great. The condo itself is just like the pictures. I'll be staying here again.

Great small condo
I was looking for a small condo for 2 people right on the beach. This condo had an amazing view of the beach and was close to restaurants and stores. Our favorite part was the very large indoor pool since it was too cool to use the outdoor pool. The condo itself was decorated nicely and had everything we needed! Would definitely return!

We really love the location, close to restaurants and groceries! The beach is beautiful and not overly crowded. A concern we have is for someone who plans on cooking in this unit. There was a scarcity of cooking ‘tools’ , (not even a decent spatula/burger flipper), the corkscrew tip was broken (we almost ruined a bottle of wine), and the pans were not teflon coated (everything stuck!). I HOPE this is taken care of, because we really do like vacationing here!
