Indulge in the lavishness of the Primary suite, boasting a King bed and flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled Primary bath is a sanctuary itself, featuring a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, shower jets, and a dual vanity, offering a spa-like experience.

The second bedroom, equally elegant, comes with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private bath. The third bedroom provides cozy accommodation with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the hall bath.

The unit is adorned with high ceilings and tile floors throughout, lending an airy and spacious feel. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Perfect Family Beach Trip!
This was our best vacation ever. The condo was just as described and absolutely what we were looking for. Plenty of space and bathrooms with beautiful views. We ended up staying an additional night as this place was just to perfect to leave. I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic view from Penthouse!
Everything was first rate and was one of the best condos we have rented in the nine winters we have been coming to the Gulf Coast. The unit was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked just as described in the amenities. Too often this is not the case. The location allowed easy drives to Pensacola, OWA and the Tanger Outlet Mall. The hosts left a welcome basket which was delightful surprise. They were in contact via text to see if everything was satisfactory. We are returning to this unit next year.

Beautiful condo and great location!
Condo was so clean and pretty. Amazing views. Such a fun trip. We will definitely be back! Only downside is parking. They are STRICT on a max of 2 vehicles per condo (even the 3 bedroom ones!) and we had more than that so finding parking elsewhere is hard. But the condo is worth it if you can figure out the car situation.

My wife, 18-year-old son, and our daughter and her husband all celebrated our son's high school graduation. The property was clean, check in and check out were easy, and the 3 BR/3 Bath was what we were looking for. The enclosed balcony provided plenty of room for board games or quiet reflection on God's creation from the 12th floor. As a nice extra, an umbrella and two beach chairs were included in the condo rental. The indoor pool, hot tub and sauna were all used, as well as the exercise facility (small, but sufficient).

Spectacular View
This property is well appointed. We had a gorgeous penthouse view and enjoyed the outdoor patio tremendously. We dined al fresco and played games on the patio while enjoying the sound of the waves. We love the size of the condo and that each bedroom has it’s own bathroom. All our guests mentioned they had a comfortable bed and slept well. The beach is super clean, plus the owners provided 2 chairs and an umbrella as gratis for our complete stay. That’s approximately a $40 a day value. We were also very happy about having 2 gratis garage parking places. We genuinely felt taken care of.

Perfect beach getaway!
This cute, beach front condo was absolutely perfect! The view was gorgeous and the amenities were unbeatable. The condo had private beach access so it wasn’t too crowded. The owners also included 2 rental beach chairs with our stay which was a very nice touch. We will absolutely be coming back!

This property was great. We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse which was very roomy, clean and the amenities were exceptional. When we arrived the tv’s had no service so I called your office and a maintenance worker was there quickly and fixed the problem. We had a great stay.

Very poorly maintained by the Liquid Life Company
We had 5 adults on our visit. Although we were happy initially with the condo and the amazing views, we quickly became unhappy with the property. Two lights were out in the bathroom of the master suite. The floors were filthy, the area rugs in the master bedroom were very dirty and apparently unwashed for some time. The silverware had very hard remnants of leftover food on them! We had to handwash our dishes before using them. There was a lot of dust under one of our guests beds, there was only 4 coffee cups in this condo! The washing machine didn't work, the toilet in one of the bathrooms never stopped flushing. They did send out a repair man one hour before we left. They did drop off more coffee cups for us the following morning. They offered to send out a cleaning crew, but we really didn't want them underfoot on day two of our 3 day trip and were not prepared to leave the room for a length of time. Totally unacceptable conditions. A total shame that the condo was very pretty but filthy. I would highly recommend a change of management in the maintenance of this property. We have stayed in other condos on the property and have been very happy with our stay. This one was very disappointing. It is hard to give it any other rating.

Good location but needs updates
BAD: Living room sofa and love seat needs to be replaced, no support. All mattress need replacing, very broken down. Everything was clean except floors. GOOD: everything else good. Well equipped. Nice pools and grills. UGLY: This is a 3 bedroom condo. Renters be aware only 2 couples can stay. They make you park the 3 car 4 miles away.
