As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the spacious and beautifully appointed living area, complete with comfortable furnishings and a flat-screen TV. The Primary suite boasts a plush King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom for added comfort and convenience. Enjoy peaceful nights and wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore right outside your window.

The room was perfect for us and the location/access to the beach was amazing. The only misunderstanding was the description shows a pull out couch that would sleep 2 but in reality its a recliner couch. We didn’t need the sleeping space but I feel its not accurately description for "sleeps 10".

While it was good for us down for a fishing trip, the condo had not been well cleaned. There was food left on the floors, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, showers had not been cleaned well with hair on the walls of the shower, and glass had been broken and had not been cleaned up on the floor which we stepped.

Right on the beach and close to all the restaurants and attractions near by.
Girls trip me, my daughter, my daughter in law and my two granddaughters stayed Wednesdays to Saturday. Really nice and quiet distance to beach and restaurants and attractions was great. Messaged the host if there was a crib available and they responded quickly. Check in and check out was great.

Okay
The condo over all was nice but had small things wrong that cause inconvenience. The guest toilet was very wobbly, the living room is missing a curtain so all light comes in, bath tub does not have a stopper to do baths, the guest room blinds are tore up and do not go all the way to the floor. I filed a complaint about the toilet and the curtains twice. The toilet was half way fixed the second time but the curtains were not. The air will only go down to 68 so if you get hot easy make sure to pack an fan. Overall a great location but not sure I would ever stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay with such a beautiful view. Pool was nice, wish there was a hot tub. Walk to beach was easy and quick. Went crab hunting but never saw any crabs. Overall, we would recommend to our friends and would stay again.

Perfect Location for family weekend getaway!
Enjoyed our stay here, location was perfect! There were a few minor issues but nothing that would cause me not to book this property again (missing bathtub plug in one bathroom, no spatula for pancakes at breakfast, one shelf in guest bathroom above the toilet randomly fell off of the wall causing my moms finger to get cut open) . Beach access was perfect, location super close to shopping, grocery stores, gas station, and anything else we needed. 20 minutes from OWA/Tropic falls which was ideal for us to stop there on Our way back home.

We had a wonderful stay. Unit is outdated and smells very musty. Loved the view. Property is under construction so the 7am wake up calls with beating and banging was annoying (yes we.had been warned) but we made do. I'd definitely stay here again just in a different unit.

The curtains/ blinds were falling dow in every room and some parts were being held together by zip ties There was what looked like a puke stain on the floor in one of the bedrooms between the bed and the night stand. We went to do laundry and found a public hair on top of the dryer The master bed squeaks There is a massive hole in the wall in one of the bedrooms that someone painted over but didn’t even bother to patch the hole Dusty everywhere (needs a deep cleaning) The paint is pealing in several locations Decent location with a great view from the patio. Overall the worst VEBO I’ve ever stayed at, we actually left 2 days early and booked a hotel. Do you yourself a favor and head to the Best Western (The Tides), super clean, free breakfast, amazing staff, right on the beach etc.

It was beautiful the only thing I “disliked” was the bed “knob” (I don’t know what to call it) kept falling off and there was a rip in the couch! The rip in the couch wasn’t bad but the bed was a little concerning especially since we had a nosey busy 2 year old. Everything else was 10/10 great price great location great scenery ❤️❤️❤️

Fun in the Sun
For the most part, our stay at the condo/Orange Beach was great! Great communication throughout our stay. The only negative was that the toilet stopped flushing properly and the garbage disposable didn’t work on our fist day and both were unusable throughout our stay, which was 5 nights/4 days. It wasn’t fixed until Thursday afternoon…the day we left.

We loved the easy check in and parking pass situation. The unit itself needs some updates. The couch is torn on the edges but the balcony made up for anything inside. The balcony is HUGE. There was construction going on that we wasn't aware of until we checked in and had to listen to lots of machines for the first 2 days. Also the elevator was malfunctioning and my husband and myself were trapped for about 10mins until we could get someone to help us. The unit is on the 15th floor so the view is great but when the elevator is down it's a LONG haul up. Overall it was a great weekend and we enjoyed the family time. :)

When we arrived we found that there was no overhead lighting. Bulbs were out or not working in one room. The room with bunk beds only had one small lamp. Stains on the mattress and on the floor. Paint peeling on all doors and trim. Outdoor pool was CLOSED. VERY LOUD with construction going on.

Great location, condo needs work
We had a great time, we loved the property, the beach was great and everything was in good working order. The condo itself could use a lot of work. Bathroom Faucets were absolutely disgusting with black mold. Baseboards were falling off and one of the bed frames squeaked every time we rolled over. Overall the condo could just use a really good deep clean. With that being said we enjoyed our family time and there was plenty of space for two adult couples and four almost adult teenagers.

Not terrible but not great
For the most part the property was fine. What wasn’t ok, was it was not as clean as you would expect a condo to be after house keeping came only hours before our arrival. Couches have a stench. We found hair in drains and on toilet seats, crumbs on dining room table, sand all over the floor even though it smelled like old mop water was used to mop the floors. There was a very “public” smell to the place when we got there. The table on balcony was left with crumbs as well. We recleaned everything. Property managers did offer to send someone out again but we didn’t want anyone in our condo with all our things there. Otherwise, the location is great, parking is great once you get the parking pass handled! Using the elevators was fine as well, didn’t have to wait long periods. The beach wasn’t over crowded. It served the purpose we needed but that’s about all I can say about it. I just don’t believe it was worth what paid for it!
