We had a very nice stay and the condo was very clean. Convenient to local restaurants which we enjoyed. Only negatives was water pressure in bathroom sink and shower head needs to be replaced with a better one.

Relax and enjoy the awesome views from the patio, you may even see dolphins! Condo was as advertised, very clean. So much to do at the Phoenix Complex, pick up your groceries and settle in for a fun and relaxing stay.

The location is excellent, everything is less than a quarter of a mile away. Supermarkets, restaurants, local shops. The building has 4 elevators and they work properly. The negative of my stay was that upon arrival we had to wash the floors because they were sticky and there was food residue under the table. around the foot of the toilet is yellow, very little cleaning. I had to wash it with soap because I didn't bring clorex with me .Only one soap for the dishwasher, only one toilet paper, no laundry detergent. Not beach towels. Very few options with the kitchen utensils, the mattress needs a replacement. Incorrect Wifi information, (the reception can provide you). A single bag for the kitchen garbage but too thin that it ended up breaking in the middle of the corridor when taking out the garbage. For the fees that they charge for cleaning and services, they should be more detailed with the things they provide to the guests. If you have to bring everything to stay in a unit of this type, I prefer the service of a hotel room. I would not choose to stay in this place again

Very clean! Wanted an extra blanket for bed but wasn’t one. Bedroom closet door kept coming off track-needs to be fixed. Only one hand towel in bathroom and we had two people. Just little things. Nice though.

Perfect stay at the beach

Condo was perfect! As pictured and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances we needed. Only complaint was shower/tub was hard getting in and out of. Great view of beach from balcony. Nice pool area. Pool chairs need replaced. VERY VERY uncomfortable. Several others at pool were also complaining. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway:

Definitely will and have recommended Phoenix VII condo 1107. We had a very relaxing two day stay was going to stay through the weekend but a storm come up so we left a day early. The condo was very clean! All the pictures online are accurate. The only issue was the cabinet door in the bathroom wouldn't stay closed so I used a hair band to keep it closed during our visit.
